DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR NEW PHONE OR MOBILE PLAN FROM THIS SHOP.Staff of both Likewize (protection plan company) and the mobile shop don't know their policies and pretend to do so, misinforming their customers. I got my phone 3 months ago from here and staff said I should get the protection plan incase anything bad happens to my phone. Staff said I could bring back the old phone if it breaks, gets lost or gets stolen and they will replace it with a new phone, not a refurbished phone. Mobile shop failed to let me know of extra processing fees I have to pay on top of monthly device protection plan fee. When I called them to double check (when my phone screen broke) all they said was "sorry, they should've warned you but I can't do anything about it." Awful service.Phone did not come in a new box, and instead came with a flimsy likewize box. This would've been fine if I didn't have to pay an extra $450 to get the replacement (an information that was withheld from me until I needed to get my phone replaced).I've contacted likewize many times to confirm that I can bring my broken device back to where I bought it to return for replacement and they assured me it was fine. I paid for the shipment of the broken phone back to Lloyd (currently living out of town for school) so my mom or boyfriend could take it back to the mobile shop and now the shop is refusing to take it back for me.No communication between staff of protection plan and mobile shop. Staff don't know what they're talking about and misinforms the customer. Staff will lie (or withhold information) about the service to make you pay for it but it is bad quality overall. Will not recommend at all. If I could give zero stars, I would. Not worth your money or time. Will never go back once my contract ends.

It started off well, girl was helpful and informative. I wanted the new s24 ultra. She ordered it in for me. Today I get a voicemail saying they have the phone in for me, I call back (talked to different girl) and I said I will be in At 530 to pick it up as they are going to hold the phone for me, girl took my name and confirmed the phone was going to be held. I left early after work to get phone and first thing the girl said “ I hope we never sold it on you” and of course they sold it on me. Wasted my time and they had no intentions of holding the phone for me. Went to Best Buy and they gave even a better deal and way better service. Sorry they won’t have me as a customer

I’d like to say SUPER THANK YOU to Ms Rose Abajero for her assistance to me yesterday. She was truly heaven-sent to me as I didnt know what to do with my lost phone. She helped me filed a report by calling the Telus Customer Service, which is technically not part of the services they provide, but she did it anyway just to help me. She helped me explain my situation to the agent (on the phone) and provided me a new simcard replacement afterwards. I was really anxious and frustrated the whole time… but she empathized and provide top tier customer assistance that I truly and sincerely appreciated. Bless you more Ms Rose! The Mobile Shop is very lucky have you as part of their team. Thank you!

Rose is phenomenal! Most helpful mobilist and willing to walk you through everything and take the time to go over the basics. Looks for the best deal with the best promotion to get the best bang for your buck! Brought my partner back to get a new phone and will be going here from now on. Thanks Rose

Worse experience at this place for the second time very unprofessional employees. Pay 900$ for a phone with a 15 day warranty on it the camera does work on it (pixel 5 ) and they refuse to replace it. Also they refuse to let me talk with the manager.
