Most expensive place I've ever seen for parts plus everytime I've got to order it in so cost more plus wait a few days

i was going to another place, just because they were closer to me and midway is farther, tired of the attitude other places give, other places a telling me to go to edmonton to get parts when they don't have stock(recommending i don't shop local) MIDWAY is locally owned, and have great service. so don't waste your time elsewhere and go to MIDWAY and shop local!!!!

Stopped in to get a part for a newer Ford truck. Was a seal they had the part in stock that doesn't happen very often anymore. Great job.

Bin trying to get a hold of Andrew to figure out price change since new owner take over and no call back and partsman Scott has no manners and not willing to listen to customer. And likes to hang up if he thinks he's right on what is needed if you call back he screens calls until someone else picks up the phone

I would have put 0 stars if it was possible. Their sales associate ,Darryl needs customer service training. He hung up on me because he didn’t like my valid points regarding the terrible lifetime warranty policy.

Phone in. Was looking for a water pump for my truck and parts person said he had everything but the o-ring kit, interesting I thought as there are no Orings on my pump anyway so hug up. Later had the wife drive to town to pick up a serpentine belt for the same truck and and she came back with a small ac belt. The new guy needs training! I stopped going there.

Napa is a great place to get parts might cost more than online but you get the ability to exchange same day 1 year warranty on most parts and knowledgable staff good luck getting that online

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Quick to order the parts I needed and received the correct version on the first try. Only downfall is the expense of buying local: nearly double that of other online retailers. NAPA itself has no price match policy. Wasn't informed of an AMA membership discount (if even applicable). Would use again, but only if in a pinch.

I had to go in here & edit this. At first I had rated one star because I was not satisfied the first time but the management contacted me and my issue was resolved. Thank you NAPA for having respect for your customer's views. Would shop again.
