Not only are the staff friendly and very helpful, they work together as a well-oiled machine, and that's just the front reception area! I believe that to be true of the mechanics, in the back area, as well. They did a thorough inspection and were able to resolve all of the issues found. I definitely left with the peace of mind that I was hoping for unlike a previous service center that had left me with more questions than answers and many doubts as to capability. “Had the unfortunate diagnosis of a failing transmission on my 2013 Escape with 180,000 kms. They suggested I get the engine compression and cylinder leakage tested to determine if the engine was solid enough to warrant the expense of a rebuilt transmission. Blue book on the vehicle is only about $5000. An new vehicle would cost a lot more than that nd I have looked after this vehicle meticulously so I would like to keep it. If the engine checks out I will return to Mr. Transmission to get the rebuild done.”
