Oh my gosh! I ordered one of my favourite brands, El Naturalista from The Shoe Tree after searching everywhere else for the style I wanted. This store is like a candy store for shoes with tons of sustainable brands and incredible selection of styles. Plus free shipping in Canada! I may have to get a plane ticket to visit in person!

I have difficulty finding comfortable shoes because of problems with my feet. When I explained my issues with the sales person, she spent an hour with me to find shoes that were comfortable and affordable. I am very pleased with the shoes I purchased and will definitely go back again.

Wonderful selection.But I came here specifically, planning around their opening hours and then had to leave without getting in the store because the actual hours don't match what they advertise.Edit: The company getting back to me meant a lot to me

As a woman with a.quality shoe fetish, this is a dangerous store. A fabulous variety of exceptional quality footwear, from dress pumps to crazy cowboy boots, sandals to stylish walking shoes. Great employees who know their stuff. Tough to walk out with just a pair or two. Love this store!!

The only place to go for unique, excellent quality shoes. The same quality goes for the staff, especially Kathy who is always ready to help and offer suggestions. Yes the footwear is pricey but the quality makes it worth every penny. Plus, the store has sales from time to time to help ease the burden on the wallet!

Overall: a good shopping experience. There wasn't much selection for men's shoes (as of July 2017; however, the owner said she plans on getting more men's shoes), but everything seemed to be high quality stuff. The employees were knowledgable, helpful, and not pushy.
