I was very happy with the level of customer service I received this past weekend when I went to upgrade my phone and plan. The lady was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process. She did a great job and exceeded my expectations.

Nancy was a huge help! Was just changing our phone plan, when some issues came up she called the provider directly and got us the best plan and with a discounted price from the first quoted price which was great!
