Went in today to get my daughter some gym shoes. The guy that helped us was so rude. Blonde guy with silver stilleto nails. We asked questions about sizes for converse, he snapped at us about them being unisex. Looked at his watch atleast 5 times, trying to hurry us out. I get that they get swamped, but there was only 2 other customers in the store. When we were done the transaction he didn't say thank you or offer a bag he just walked away. It was such a strange interaction. Definitely having buyers remorse, from the way he treated us. I'll order online for future purchases

Awful customer service, no help offered, 3 girls working and 2 of them were standing at the till talking about boys (yes, they were talking loudly enough i could hear their conversation) and the other acted like it was an inconvenience when i asked for sizes.

I’ve attempted buying shoes in person at softmoc but the staff in the store don’t seem interested in providing customer service. Literally had a shoe in my hand and walked towards the staff member standing near the door. She looked at me square in the eye then bolted for the register. Proceeded to look busy. I started walking towards the till when the same girl went into the back and the other turned her back to me. I was literally the only person in the store. I hate this location, the staff are always too busy chatting and avoiding all interactions. Ridiculous.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Soft Moc. The staff was notably rude and unprofessional during my visit. Despite their apparent availability, they refused to process a return, citing busyness as an excuse. This lack of customer service was disheartening.

No employees. After 20 minutes of waiting, the manager and another girl came out of the back stinking of weed and looked baked. Just order your shoes online, dont support this store. 0/5 stars

I went in on thursday last week to find my self some really nice shoes for work, as I was walking into the store the manager and her coworker were walking out of the store. Well in the store the employees working were really rude, and refused to help me or show any of the sizes I need. I wasn't even greeted at all. When I finally ask where the manager is. I was told she is unavailable. And that was it.The store was not clean at all.When I left the store to head to quark, I seen the manager standing st booster juice talking with herself and employee from softmoc and the girls at booster juice. I have never been so offended and had such an awful experience in my life.They really need to find new staff that actually care about their store and job.I can't even justify giving it any stars. If you can go anywhere else then softmoc go there. Don't support this store

Disorganized, the store smells like weed, and I could hear partying the back room. They should just shut down the parkplace mall location or fire the management give proper customer support training to their staff. Managers Chloe and Kelsey seems to have lost control of the store because there is no customer service from any of the staff. Ill buy my shoes elsewhere from now on. 0/5. Never go here. Go to Footlocker or Sportcheck. Amazon is even better than even thinking about this store.

Every time I’ve gone into this store the staff never offer to help. Then when u ask for a size they are inconvenienced having to do their job. I’ve only gone in a couple times and always leave with nothing because I won’t support that kind of service.I’ve also asked for a show in my size been told they don’t have it. Ok what about another color… she checks. Nope. Ok can u order it in? Yes she can. Why wouldn’t staff try everything to get their customers the shoe they want?Guess they don’t need customers money ?♀️
