“Took our son here to pick out his skateboard for his birthday and it was so fun making it a whole bday experience! Staff was awesome. LOVED shopping at the same store we shopped ourselves at as teens. Can’t find that anywhere else in Lethbridge.”
“Went in to get new boots as I tried red wings new welder boot a year and a half ago and I was not happy at all. Staff was amazing and listened to my concerns and got me into the boot I trusted for years. They applied the tough toe for me and it’s looks amazing. This is why I keep coming back, they know how to take care of their customers!”
“I have bought running shoes from this store in the past, and they did an extremely great job in picking out the shoe that would work for me, after watching me walk. When our grandson was growing out of youth sizes, but having a hard time finding an adult size, this store found a great shoe that works perfectly for him. I highly recommend you check them out!”

This store is like a candy store for shoes with tons of sustainable brands and incredible selection of styles. Plus free shipping in Canada! I may have to get a plane ticket to visit in person!”
“If you need workwear, Progress Clothing is the best option in Lethbridge. I haven't found a better selection (or price) anywhere else in the city for good covvies, workboots (cowboy boots, steel toes, you name it), and jackets.
Progress has easily been the best place to go for all my Carhartt needs.

“Today is a busy holiday shopping time in this mall but... I managed to find a pair of boots for a gift. They let me set them aside until later this evening. The 2 girls that were there in the evening were awesome. Very helpful and nice. We ended up buying a different pair of boots, but completely happy with our purchase. It was good service and reasonable prices here. Highly recommend this store.”

Customer service was tops. Super friendly, knowledgeable on products keen eye for detail. Jen made me feel fabulous about my purchases and truthfully made me feel so good about myself. Don’t mess around and ask for Jen. Store was really clean and organized efficiently. Love this place and will definitely be back because of the quality of customer service I received. “I came in Saturday noon for Christmas shopping and came across amazing stuff. The staff was lovely, and they try their best to prioritize safety measures for COVID. It seems as though a lot of people are quite inconsiderate of that. I want to say this as a neutral standpoint; I understand that it gets frustrating for both employees and customers. I find that the employees throughout Park Place Mall during this pandemic are tired because of the inconsideration of others not wearing a mask or aren’t wearing it properly, but I also saw a review from here that the manager is willing to speak very strikingly in a sense about other customers not following the rules. I don’t know who the manager is at Ardene, but I do find that quite worrisome due to the impact it will lead to business. Frustrations should be said when customers aren’t around, but it gets hard and that’s understandable. The prices from Ardene is quite remarkable and affordable for young girls and adults so it’s hard not to come by and shop at this place. As a customer, I still will come shop at this place but I wanted to write this review to not only the staff but also the people who read this. Please, be considerate of the staff in their position as well as staff being considerate of their reputation for business.”

We appreciated them putting the boots aside for a few hours as they were going to be a gift, and we needed to get the person there to try them on. They have a great selection of shoes! And reasonable prices. We will be back again.”
