Unfortunately they removed the pump lock so that the client is forced to stand outside in the cold to pump their gas. I feel in places, such as lethbridge, where there is a colder climate this shouldn’t be a thing.

Washed vehicle today, paid by MC it said the change was $25 for 13 minutes. Phoned station to verify cost of wash, couldn’t understand the person who answered phone…how much does it cost a minute to use your car wash

Car wash is a rip off. I may as well have poured a glass of water on my car. The pressure is extremely weak. Like a previous reviewer, my car went in dirty and it came out dirty. We will not be back. This reflects pourly on shell. An average of 2.8 stars is not a winning recipe.

Pathetic.Broken fuel hose sprayed me, my vehicle and the ground. The attendant would not refund the amount, and would not call the manager. 0 stars forget 1. Attendant would not go out and place bag on hose immediately, and I had to stop other people from wasting their money. Absolutely pathetic.

It's a little frustrating when going to buy smokes at 645 and the denied for trying to use a $100. Magically if I waited 15 minutes he'd have the change. Use common sense and decision making before denying business and a legal tender to pay for the goods you provide.

First off, Shell gasoline products are one of my favourite as I use only premium gasoline.My grief with this station is the car wash and how poorly it’s maintained. They need to clear out the grates in the floor more often, it’s southern Alberta after all, and you’ll end up tracking more mud in your car than you will wash off. The car wash floor is often very muddy and covered with mud and standing water.Otherwise it’s a ok station.

Car wash no longer sprays under your vehicle when you drive in. The new terminals start running the clock as soon as you put money in, but haven’t made a selection to spray anything. Also takes a whole minute ($1) to clear soap out of the line. Waste of time/money
