The staff here know absolutely NOTHING about the products they carry. Every question I asked they had to look it up on their phones; I could do that too! The staff is just a bunch of rude "mean girls" who think they are superior. I'll take my money to Shopper's where they hire real Cosmetologists and know their brands. Bye!

I just had a makeup lesson with Mack, who found the perfect products to make my skin glow. They created a perfect professional look and worked with me to make sure I can recreate the look at home. 10/10!The other day I went in with a friend to find a color match foundation. Sarah spent time with my friend and I to find the perfect foundation for hard to match skin. This is the first time in her life she won't have to custom mix her foundation!Give these two beautiful humans a raise!

Ordered my husband's Christmas gift online. Dolce and Gabanna " The one" and it came earlier than expected. Excellent packaging. SO HAPPY.too bad he found it early. No fault of Saphoras ??

I just wanted to write a review on Cassie. I came in to get my makeup done before my grad photos and she did an amazing job. She asked me throughout if I was happy with how things looked or if I wanted something changed, and if I did want something changed she was amazing as doing so. I had a great experience and wanted to thank her for making my grad photos so beautiful.

Today I went in and was looking at some items and an employee came and wedged herself between me and what I was looking at so she could help someone else. Essentially moved me out of the way so she could be where I was standing. I was shocked tbh. Even my husband was like what the heck?!? I left without buying anything. I’ll order on line going forward. Super unimpressed.

I went in yesterday twice for online pick up orders and Cameron was very helpful each time!! ( don’t get me wrong the rest of the staff is aswell ) but I was very happy with the service Cameron provides every time I come to the store.

Went in to talk about a product I got back in January destroying my skin. Was met with absolutely no sympathy, short attitude and treated like I was just another problem for the manager. I understand they can't return it but could you maybe be kind while you tell me that? I'll be ordering online going forward.

Last week at my trip to Sephora Lethbridge, Mick helped me find the perfect product for my dry skin and for my curly hair. Both products have already begun working and I can already see a difference. He was very kind and helpful and made my visit very pleasant. He also recommended to me a third product I hadn’t heard of that helped with my uneven skin tone. Overall a very good experience at Sephora and a great experience with Mick.
