The place is an absolute gem. The young lady that was there helping us was marvellous and so knowledgeable. I give this store a 10 / 5. Great place to shop.

Dropped my boots off on Sunday for a clean and asked if they could be ready for Thursday since I work remotely. Girl said no problem, but if I can pick them up on Friday she will have the little leather tab fixed as well. I said I’m not too worried about the tab as long as the cleaning can be done. Fast forward to Saturday go to pick my boots up, 1) they can’t find them 2) nothing had been done to my boots except my laces were removed. Guy working said if I leave my boots with them they can clean them for me by Wednesday? Ummm you just had them for a week and did nothing. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Just glad they had a big sign that said please leave us a google review with a link except this probably isn’t the reviews you want. Sorry.

The ladies were an absolute delight and went above and beyond helping make sure my new boots fit well. Also helped find a pair of Orthotics that would fit with my measurements. Highly recommended.

This was the best shopping experience I’ve ever had! Incredible service. Went in to the store, said what I was looking for was given a couple of options for boots and insoles. Found a good match for me right away. I would recommend this to anyone who had the money to spend on boots.

Shelled out $500 on new boots and insoles after decades of wearing boots that were too big to account for my wider feet. I didn't love them at first. They were too tight and my toes felt so crammed into the steel toe.I explained my problem and Danielle was nothing but dedicated to solving the issue. She offered new boots, different styles, and we settled on new insoles. They refunded me the difference, and they're easily the most comfortable boot i've ever worn after the uncomfortable break in period. Well worth the price for comfort, now we just have to see how long they last!

Wonderful product, purchased a pair of redwings and love them. I bring my boots in every 3 months or so to get cleaned and they come out perfect every time.
