Fast, efficient, and highly professional.I showed up 15 minutes to closing to get a new watch battery. It was swapped within minutes while I waited.As noted from others, they only accept cash.

Roberto is absolutely amazing! I took 5 watches in for batteries, band adjustment and Roberto did the work then and there. He was careful with them, and did it right in front of me. Personable, reasonable and welcoming - service with a smile! Will definitely be back! Thank you for a great experience!
