I love coming here over Value Pillage. But I don't appreciate the fact that prices are different based on brands. For a chain that focuses on "Christian values" charging higher prices on donated items rubs me the wrong way. Regardless of the sales. Change those polices and be better than Value Pillage

Tried to return a desk chair, that i purchased 2 weeks ago, but just tried this weekend, as we were in the midst of a move. When u leaned back in it, it went way back!! But the manager refused to refund me the $40. or even a store credit. Keep in mind I have spent $800. here in the past month. I was made to feel I was being dishonest. This has left a VERY sour taste. I have been a regular customer at another location for 6 years and this the 1st time, I have felt like I was being dishonest.

I find it quite frustrating that the higher end expensive coats, they are charging a hundred dollars for some of them, are all chained up with a padlock so you have to hunt someone down to unlock it so they can stand and watch you try them on.

Great prices, very organized and clean.
Love how the plus sizes of clothes are priced separately and not crowded with the extra large. I live in Medicine Hat and I will be back to shop there.

Has some decent stuff but is pretty overpriced. I was there last week and saw items with the original sticker price and the second hand price was as high or higher. I no longer donate here due to the high pricing.

The staff seems to be picking over and taking most of the quality donations. Was told by a cashier the staff picks over the donations.

Love this place, probably come 4 or 5 times a month. But they have the most silly rule about not selling something with an incorrect size on it. Brought something up that was size large but someone wrote “S” on it indicating it was size small. So she couldn’t even sell it to me! Seems pretty silly… how is someone supposed to tamper with a tag that is stapled on? Half the items in there have the incorrect size written on it. Apparently not making a sale versus just ignoring the size on the tag is more important. Additionally, the sign for hangers says 50 cents a bundle. But when shes ringing me up, she tells me its actually 10 cents a hanger. Theres 6 hangers in the bundle. I even mentioned the sign price and she didn’t care. Not a huge difference in price, but still false advertising.

Absolute rip-off. I used to love this place but prices have gone up significantly in the last year or so. This thrift store is now on my banned list.

Such sweet staff and amazing prices! I love hearing the Christian music playing while shopping. I will always donate to and buy from this shop because they have a heart for serving. Your book selection is fantastic and I can buy 5 books here for $12 instead of $30 at value village. I'm so glad you are in our community!

Outrageous pricing. Beat up furniture for $50-100. "Boutique" clothing that's priced higher than you buy it off the rack. An ice pack from Dollarama for $10, really? Seems to be another case of finding prices on Ebay and assuming that's what they'll actually sell for. What's the excuse for this? Thrift stores should be a place you can shop comfortably even when you're low on cash, and that is not the case here at all. Despite their "values", it's hard to see how Christ's love is being exemplified in any aspects of this organization. What a joke. Do your research, take a close look at the pricing, and decide if this is an organization you really want to support.

Very clean, well organized and tidy. Best thrift store I have ever shopped at. Very reasonable prices and weekly half price sales on different categories of items. Also, everyone who work or volunteers here is super nice and helpful.

What a well organized store. There is ample aisle space for hassle free shopping. Anything you need from replacement light bulbs to envelops is available here at a fraction of the cost elsewhere. Quality furniture noted.

It was open like they said. They have no awful self check outs. The prices are reasonable. New items added daily. This was the 2nd visit here for us in a week. Found interesting and useful things. We made a fair sized purchase. The staff, mainly volunteers, were lovely. Highly recommend coming here!
