Bring your vehicle here for service! Their prices are reasonable. They have integrity. Their customer service is excellent. They have never tried to "upsell" us. Our vehicles are older and they offer excellent insight into what services and repairs are worth it.Services: Tires

My husband, Mark and myself thought we'd have the brakes checked in our wonderful Villager van. They weren't posing us much of an issue but there was a wee squeak now and again. Because we are intending to take a trip in that vehicle, we wanted to make sure all was pristine and in mint condition. I called Minute Muffler and arranged for an estimate and subsequent service. Super nice guys there. Well, when we got the vehicle back, my husband noticed issues with the braking and the tendency for the vehicle to veer off. He took it for a bit of ride and then checked out the heat on each wheel. Two of them were too hot to touch. He took the vehicle back in. The guys there were great. They hadn't experienced this before but took the time to hoist the vehicle and check everything out. They provided us with a loaner car as they needed to do some research regarding the brake system on the vehicle and to connect with others. The next day, they took care, time, attention and committed themselves to "getting it fixed". Eventually, it was determined that there was an issue with the proportional valve on the master cylinder. They got a replacement part, put it in... tested the vehicle and returned it to us- in tip-top brake shape- with no extra costs to us. Kudos to this business. They back their work and go the "extra mile" to take care of their customers. We will be return customers for sure and will HAPPILY recommend them to friends and family. Thanks to all there- Brandon and crew!- for ensuring we are safely ensconced in our vehicle as we take our trip. Cheers. Norine and Mark

Had some exhaust work done on my Chevy Express 3500. Quality of work was great, price was slightly LESS than quoted, and it was done on time. Not the first good experience here, and likely not the last.

Very good experience, I came in early and they still took me in. The only reason it’s not a 5 star is because it’s a little bit pricy depending on what you need done. With that said, it’s not crazy expensive, just slightly more than I thought it was going to be. The service is fantastic, and they’re very helpful with explaining everything. I would definitely recommend as they by far the best in the biz. Very knowledgeable and the staff are honest and don’t talk down to you! Never had a better interaction with anyone at an automotive shop!

Had been having issues with one of the oxygen sensors on my car, being in a very awkward spot with difficult access. Between myself and another shop trying to remove it, the previous shop referred me to Minute Muffler. Their confidence over the phone gave me a good feeling they would be able to get it done, even after I explained how difficult it was going to be. I dropped the car off with them and they called me back shortly after to verify my concerns and what they had found once they got in there. They gave suggestions and a plan of what they planned to do and I gave them the go ahead to do whatever they needed to do to get it done. The price estimate was on the low end of what I was expecting it to be, which surprised me. Sure enough, within 2 hours I had a phone call that the repair and a couple other small issues had all been repaired and completed, faster and easier than anticipated and my bill was about $50 less than quoted. Their service over the phone and in person was excellent, and the work speaks for itself at a great price. It has been over 10 years since I’ve been to Minute Muffler and they have most certainly earned my future business after this experience.

Have been to this shop twice now and won’t trust anywhere else with my car from now on! They are honest and upfront and don’t try and sell you on unnecessary repairs.
