My husband and I went looking for a car for me and we were told that Nissan cars were very well rated. We found an older Altima which I fell in love with. We had it for just over a week and noticed squealing when I applied the brakes, and a swishing noise coming from the right rear tire. We brought the car in and within a working day it was repaired. Brakes were checked and serviced and 4 new hubcaps have been ordered due to one being very loose causing the swishing noise. The car was on the hoist and everything was checked. We are very happy with the quick service and to top it off the price -$0.00!!!

4 hour wait for a shuttle was beyond annoying, wasn’t mad or angry, they offer this service and they failed to pick up a customer.

Disappointed with my 3.5hrs wait for my new tires to be put on after an appointment was made. My last appointment stated I needed new tires before the winter but the tech today said they were still ok for a bit. Kinda feeling let down today, from the usual great service I receive.

I took my 2019 Nissan Sentra in for serving. I asked for a quote to be done before any work was to be started. I received a callback and we discussed the costs. I then asked for a written quote to be emailed to me before work was to be done. I received the quote. Up until this point I was 100% happy with my experience. I called the service department and gave them the go-ahead with everything that was written on the quote. When I went to pick up my car I was told the cost of the service was $500+ (they quoted $320). Long story short, I refused to pay the extra charges. It was a very uncomfortable situation and I will not recommend this business to friends and family.

Left my truck that had an electrical issue. After a couple of days I called and was told they were short staffed and would look at it over the next couple days, which became almost 2 weeks. I was told 3 times that they were going to look at it right away - NOT. They spent an hour on it, based on the invoice, and then called for my authorization to put in another 3 hours to determine the cause of the problem. At $175/hr and nothing to offer after 1 hour I said 'no' to the request for 3 more hours. They say they have courtesy vehicles but they didn't. They got me a discounted rate to rent a car, money out of my pocket, not theirs.

We purchased a 2023 Rogue from Lethbridge Nissan back in November of 2022. On the drive home - while running the cruise control - it kicked out and would not let me reset it. This continued to happen on a number of occassions. This was the first issue that we experience, to which they EVENTUALLY installed a patch for after multiple trips to the dealership. Now we are fighting with Nissan in regards to the Carplay in the Rogue, and unfortunately for us, it is an issue that occurs randomly, not everytime we use the vehicle. It glitches out with issues from changing the time on the car clock (twice now it randomly loses 2 hours), Carplay will lock up and we can't access Google maps. Just this morning, it locked on one radio station and would not let me change the station. The screen has randomly gone black and kicked us out. It randomly shuts down. Some days we can connect to Carplay, other days not. Nissan Lethbridge has told us to document all of these incidents which we have done. Paul (the owner) has come out and sat in the car with us and worked on it. He even admitted that it wasn't working correctly. He told us that it must be our phone (iphone 15). He swapped us vehicles and told us to try our phones on the new vehicle he lent us. Everything worked fine. Swapped back. The issues continued. Still documenting and sending issues via email to Paul and Nissan Canada. Now we have to relocate across the country and we are pressuring Nissan to replace the Carplay so that we don't have to start all over with a new dealership in Eastern Canada. Paul called a couple of weeks ago and said they were going to replace it for us. Then we got a call from Nissan Canada stating that from all of the information they had gathered, that the carplay is working as it should. We confronted Paul about this and he looked into it. Now we have been asked to once again take the car in and swap it out for another vehicle. Seems like we are on a merry-go-round and getting the run-around. They are just buying time now until we relocate. In the meantime, they have told us to only connect one phone at a time, otherwise it will lock up. We are tired of the runaround and would advise buyers to be aware. We expect a vehicle of this dollar value to work properly

I did an oil change recently. Service was super quick and neat. Rod is a very helpful and friendly person. The shuttle service was amazing. I am fully satisfied with taking my car for service at McDonald Nissan, Lethbridge.
P.S. the customer waiting lounge offers good snacks and coffee
