I had a wonderful experience dealing with Taylor, she was polite, extremely knowledgeable and organized. Buying my vehicle went seamlessly and I would definitely go back to Taylor as she was great! The manager Juan was super personable and fantastic to deal with too. AWESOME customer service all round.

I recently purchased my first Hyundai from this location. Ray who assisted me in buying my first vehicle was nothing short of fantastic. He is genuinely interested in looking after the customer. As someone who has never purchased a car before and has very little knowledge in them. Ray was extremely open and accommodating, never did I feel pressured to buy something I didn’t need.I am absolutely loving my new car. And I highly recommend shopping with Lethbridge Hyundai. Thank you to Ray and the rest of the team for the memorable experience.

I bought a new Hyundai from here less than 1 year ago. The sales experience was straightforward and professional.I have been less than impressed with service after purchasing the vehicle. Customer service is lacking and blaming a lack of service personnel does not rectify bad service.Strange how a local tire shop could help me (at no charge) during our recent frigid weather when the Dealership where I bought my vehicle would not.

I made me first car purchase at Lethbridge hyundai. Rily, and the other staff made the experience really nice, I went in with a specific rate/price point which they did their best to work off of, they never tried to pressure me into buying something more expensive. They made sure too take the time to listen too my concerns and explain all the other details on how buying a car works. I had already went to another dealership before hand and I got shown a 2024 vehicle, which in no way I was able to afford it was quite stressful and the information dump was a lot all I was looking for was a used car that didn't have to many km and wasn't super expensive. But these guys right here didnt do that which I am greatfull. Not only that, once the vehicle was purchased Rily made sure too let me know if I have any issues or concerns I can contact him, which again showed alot of kindness on his part. 10 out 10 I recommend. These people will help you find something within your means.

Our experience shopping for a vehicle with Lethbridge Hyundai was the BEST we've ever had! From the moment we walked in the door, Connor sat down with us to find out what we were looking for. We started with a test drive in one model, and when it wasn't exactly what we were looking for, he immediately sourced a new solution for us. The entire team was warm and friendly, from our search to purchase. We also had a personal introduction to the manager of the Service Department as we completed the purchase!There was no pressure to buy extra products we didn't need, and Connor walked us through every square inch of the vehicle before we left the lot. This is clearly a team that love their jobs and their product.If you haven't considered a visit to Lethbridge Hyundai before, add it to your list! You won't be disappointed ☺️
