“I got there a bit late after flying from Ontario with both my cats. They got me and my cats checked in quickly which I was grateful for. After a long day of flying, and waiting at an airport all day because our ride was late, it was nice to be able to stop there to finally get some rest. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, too. I'd use them again.”

We have been to this location several times; we find the location to be convenient. Tall skinny building with a small but fast elevator.
The Wi-Fi password is supposed to be your room number and your last name however it was not working. We went back to the front desk to get this fixed but they were too busy so we had to wait a few hours.
Also the toilet in our room would not flush, the chain inside had disconnected. We had to take the lid off the top of the tank and flush manually.
When we told the front desk this they did offer to move us to another room however we had already gotten comfortable in our room so we declined..
The biggest problem in the room was at the air conditioning is extremely inadequate and the room never did get cool.
There are real coffee cups and actual water glasses in the room, which is very nice as a break from hotel styrofoam, paper and plastic.
Breakfast is very good, scrambled eggs, sausage links, bread products, waffles, fruit, yogurt etcetera with real cutlery, real plates and real coffee cups. Very well cleaned and attended and topped up. Staff tries hard here.

Came back to this location as we had enjoyed it previously.

Check in was a little tedious.
Rooms here are interesting...few per floor (no endlessly stretching long hallways).
Comfy, large, good view of the city.
Wifi good.
Coffee in room excellent .
A/c not very good (had it turned as low as possible but after 12 hours it was still 70f) but there are little window vents that make a great breeze
Breakfast is excellent.
The attendant was incredible with keeping everything clean and filled .
Sausagesl, scrambled eggs, waffles, toast, fruit,yogurt, hot or cold cereal, etc.
Very nice breakfast room that feels more like a restaurant than an amenity afterthought.
Definitely will return

Sept 2021:
Coming into town, we only stayed to photograph trains on the CP high level bridge but the day got away from us and decided we'd better stay overnight.
I looked up a number of hotels but this one sounded the best and I'm very pleased that we chose this location because our experience was excellent.
A friendly quick and easy check in, our room was large and comfortable, really enjoyed not only a writing desk and chair in the room but also a separate table by the window with a couple of chairs which was nice (we ended up bringing our dinner to the room and eating it here which was convenient).
Long bathroom didn't feel cramped, really enjoyed that they had a paper in the room that said when the last time housekeeping had been here because I was looking for a room that no one had been in for a number of days (these are covid times).
They have nice fitness room and possibly a pool but I didn't choose to use either amenities during this trip.
They had a hot breakfast included which was a extremely pleasant surprise. The room was very comfortable and homey it felt like a restaurant.. not just like a fluorescent bulb lit few tables and chairs breakfast nook like so many hotels have.
Our breakfast attendant, Pam was an interesting character, very knowledgeable about Canadian politics and local travel and history and was able to give us some tips for our travel. What a nice person, and very good at her job, constantly cleaning and tidying while she spoke with us.
Breakfast was amazing by the way, scrambled eggs and sausages, hot waffles and toast, hot and cold cereal, fruit and yogurt, coffee tea hot chocolate juice, probably some other things as well.
We had a restful sleep and really enjoyed being over able to open some small windows and getting some cool fresh air come into the room.
