This was my second time using Great Canadian. I talked to the person there about a rear diff flush for my pickup while my oil change was being done.When I got home and opened my hood I discovered a sloppy job was done removing the oil filter. Why wouldn’t they have cleaned up their mess? It took me 10 minutes and 2 rags later to get most of it. Needless to say I won’t be taking either vehicle to a Great Canadian.

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and won’t just bill you for services that you don’t need. Prepare to wait your turn. It’s not a quick service because they are thorough and will check and explain what’s going on. About 15-25 minutes if there are cars just going in.

Had a problem removing drain plug to diy an oil change. Last change was here. Took it back. They fixed the problem and changed the oil for free with no complaints. Much appreciated. We'll be back.
