Very disappointed, I took my watch in for repair as it was losing time. Thinking it was the battery I had taken it in. They kept it for a couple of days which I was happy to leave. They told me they had replaced the battery and cleaned it. However when I picked it up the time was around 6 hours behind. I asked if they set it and the clerk said they do set it. Which makes me question if it had been set, then why is it 6 hours behind?
I was given the option to leave it there or take it to monitor. I choose to take it to monitor. When I witnessed the clerk setting the time after I left I noticed the date had not been set. When I went to set it I was not able to change it. If the battery had been replaced and the watch actually set you would think this would have been caught before I left or even picked it up.
Very disappointed that I paid $26 for the replacement and now I'm wondering if anything had been done other than the cleaning.

Jodi at Fosters was absolutely amazing. She help pick out a graduation gift and she was exactly right!! Jodi also helped me pick out a few things for myself! Jodi was great and I look forward to shopping again at Fostets.

I am very pleased with the customer service at Foster’s. They repaired some jewelry for the price quoted and much faster than expected. I also made a purchase which I then had to return. They were very accommodating and gave me a full refund.

The creativity and care that the employees at fosters had during my experience was unparalleled. Deanna especially worked diligent with me as I bounced ideas, looking at different rings, patterns and then came back with not only an estimate but a rendering of the ring that brought my ideas to life. They gave me a timeframe on when this fully custom ring would be complete and it was ready the exact day they had told me. Wonderful people and even better quality.

Terrible service. Went in to get a battery replaced in my watch and was told to leave it there for a few days LOL. I left and went to a competitor who did it in 5 mins and sold me a new ring for $1000. Guess you're too busy for a sale.
Revision after reply: the fact that I was shrugged off like my business didn't matter is what started this. If she explained the situation I would have been more responsive. I'm a business owner too and allocate a portion of my day for drop in appointments. You never know when that tire change or oil change might lead to a bike sale or something more. I don't plan on revisiting anytime soon but it's just food for thought.
