wish there was something below 1, had delivery scheduled but they can't tell the difference between NORTH or SOUTH, if a small item like that can be overlooked how could they even come close to finding the house, should be glad they found the city, this isn't the first time. Only 1 of 7 parcels have made it to my address over the years, I have been going out of my way to stay away from business who use them but this time was luck of the draw. staff here Complete Winners at Failure, Congratulations...

Staples staff are good.FedEx is absolutely terrible. They pretended to come to our address. I know because I was waiting for them at the time they claimed they came. When I tried to call them, the computer was set up to avoid letting customers talk to anyone about anything. They make zero effort to deliver to people; only businesses. They literally get paid to lie and be lazy.

There holding my package and won't let me pick it up. I cant pay the duty over the phone because of something on there end and they won't let me come pay for it in person. This should be against the law! I will never ship with FedEx ever again. Unbelievable really.

Fedex customer service has the worst Paki call centre on the planet. I wasn't home when they tried to deliver my package so i called and the call centre they said " its in Winnipeg". i live in Calgary how is it possible for it to be in Manitoba when it was in Alberta earlier today? So i packed my bags and headed out to Winnipeg. Dead of winter cross country trip for a package. Finally get to the ship centre in FlinFlon Manitoba. The guy at the counter said "its in Calgary!" and that the fedex call centre staff "all have degenerative brain disorders because they are buttonheads" which is super wrong to say. Its 2022 you cant call hindus "ragtops" and "buttonheads" this is not ok!! that was cool in 2015 but not in 2022. So i headed back to Alberta. Thinking man these call centres are getting wild. Once i got home i called the fedex call centre again and she tracked the package and she had the nerve to tell me its back in flinflon again!! Ahhhhhh!!! So i head back to Manitoba for the 2nd time. When i get there same exact thing happens "its in calgary" and he then calls the call centre "the brown hotline bling or something" and "all of india reeks like s***** He said "how did this become a sh*tskin horror story". So unprofessional! So i headed back to Calgary empty handed again. This time with a plan. I hop online and enrol in Pakistani language night classes. After about 2 weeks (still no package) i got enough Urdu (language of village that the fedex call centre is in) to now ask them in their language so theres less confusion. She looks it up and yup its in Calgary thank god. I should be getting the package this week sometime its now summer btw. If i didn't take Urdu classes this would not have been possible. i would've prob had to drive back to Winnipeg or even worse India. Ahhhh

Yikes.Had to drive here three times for a package that was there the whole time. If I didn't have to drive two hours from Calgary twice because of this lack of diligence It wouldn't be as bad...but I should not have had to go in three separate times, call FedEx a total of 5 times, and even ask for the companies help just for them to find my package.Very disappointing.
