  We have been dealing with the Cox Financial team for many years and couldn't be more pleased with the relationship. Jeff and Jared understand our group and what fits our organization the best. We consult with them anytime we look at altering our benefits program and they put in a ton of effort to provide us with the all the best options/solutions. More importantly though, Jeff and Jared understand relationships. They are simply great to deal with. In addition, they have added Brett Johnson to their team to manage the investment side of the business. We enjoy our relationship with Jeff, Jared, and Brett because they have strong values that are aligned with ours.

  We have been working with the Cox Financial Group both personally and through our business for many years. The entire team is knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions. They have handled our benefit plan and have come up with a plan that works extremely well for our business and our employees.   As a Benefits Manager, I've personally worked with Cox Financial Group for 8+ years, but our company has partnered with them much longer than that.I've always found Jared and his team very responsive and are content experts for benefits. They readily step in as liaison with vendors for the sake of our employees needs.For example, Jared and his team spent several weeks gathering documentation and reasoning to state a case on behalf of an employee's enrollment.Cox Financial Group stays on top of our plans, monitors trends to provide feedback and options for best practices, which helped us save on health care expenditures many times.

Having them handle all the difficult negotiations, shopping policies and dealing with problems makes our jobs much easier. We appreciate their customer service and dedication to their customers.
