This store has the most kindest, helpful staff, EVER, I live in Saskatchewan and get family to pick up my supplies there..they are so nice, do the shopping for you and so knowledgeable..love dealing there, hope to get there in person some day

Horrible will never shop there again, bought GHD platinum + straighteners from them, they said when they was purchased it came with 3 year in store replacement warranty for me to go in today and have them tell me the warranty has changed after the purchase and that they will not take them back. Absolute joke. Eileen Kirby is a terrible manager!! Avoid the Lethbridge location at all costs!

The staff here are just amazing. Friendly and very knowledgeable. The service is top-notch. Even when dealing with shortages they all smile and give their best. Keep up the wonderful service.

One of the best stores to get all your supplies. The staff is so nice. The staff is so knowledgeable. All the staff will go out of there way to help you out. They will order almost anything for you. They will check if its coming in then next shipment if they are sold out. They get weekly shipments and can usually tell you what's coming. The store is very nice, clean and well lite. The staff are very professional and i really recommend you shop there. The parking is big and there is always a place to park.
