“Mobile service staff (cell phone department) on Sunday, Tristen and then Misiksk, were knowledgeable and patient with all my questions to compare and understand phone plans and phones. Misiksk even helped me by finding a feature on my existing phone that I didn't know it had, demonstrating her insight. She didn't just answer the questions I asked but had the skill to answer questions I didn't even know to ask.
Not a critique but general FYI to others looking at phone plans: Best Buy staff are most familiar with those phone plans they can help you set up. Others like Public Mobile may have comparable or better deals but won't come up in conversation with Best Buy staff unless you know about those alternatives already and ask.”
