While purchasing various items over the years out of necessity rather than choice i've consistently had negative experiences. The older gentleman with the mustache was always kind, respectful and always offered pretty good customer service with helpful advice.The older lady and gentleman (which I use loosely now) who are there now are consistently rude, impatient, and I've personally witnessed on numerous occasions how intolerant they are towards any person living without a home."..30 years of dealing with downtown business" is no excuse for poor customer service behavior. I have worked for and have been a patron of many business that have been around much longer than 30 years and have never seen this type of poor behavior displayed before. Do better.
