After having years of nothing but good things to say about this company it all reversed last week with such deception and no acknowledgment from the people at charm diamonds in Lethbridge mall.For my wife’s 60th birthday I bought her dancing diamond’s necklace and earrings. They weren’t a matching set and this is the deceptive part.The lady put the earrings and necklace in a box and showed them to me and there beautiful.Upon opening the box she hears something hit the floor and it’s the back of the earring. Not only didn’t it fit the earring the shaft was all Bent. This is impossible as the last person to touch it was the sales lady. Who knowingly put it in there knowing it was broken. They had another one in there case and exchanged it but the fact remains that she did that. And no apology or saying she will talk to management or anything. Would not answer any questions as to how your sales lady could do this etc. which leads me to believe that she was the one that sold it to me.We buy thousands of dollars a year each from your store and I’m sad to say I don’t think we will be buying again from you for the way that shady parts went down. When there was another pair that worked properly already on the shelf.Bad business.

Very poor communication when sizing rings. Trips to the store we were told we gave the wrong number. When the store called us 2 weeks before and we gave instructions then. Oh someone dialed the wrong number.....Yet our account paperwork ect all had our correct number.

One of my favorite places to buy jewelry. They have a lot very large selection and usually have some sort of sale going on. The only place in Lethbridge that sells Levian, which my Wife loves. The store is always clean and well lit. The staff is always nice and helpful.

An awful experience!! My daughter and her boyfriend went into the store to look for a ring to purchase and the lady asked them to leave as it was a waste of their time. First the kids have worked incredibly hard and have saved for the purchase and second they are respectful wonderful adults.

A bit slow honestly. It took forever to get our rings resized and we also did not get called when the rings were done. When we came to pick one of the rings up, staff were a bit disorganized and couldn't find the ring, even asking if certain rings were ours, which to us was a bit strange.The one thing I did like about this place was that it was easy to find rings in our budget that we liked, but the service could improve.

I have previously good experience in charms and have even bought stuff from there before. However, today I wanted to buy some jewelry for Mother’s Day and I walked in and around and neither of the two sales associate’s acknowledged me or even asked if I needed help looking for something. Then this gentleman came into the store and the one of the sales associate greeted him. After that I decided against the items I was going to buy and left the store. I am never going back there again.
