The Manager wouldn’t let me return shoes that were sold to me with marks on them based on the fact that she wasn’t the one who sold them to me and so it basically wasn’t her problem and there wasn’t anything she could do for me.

We went here for the first time today. It is a busy time of year, but they still had great service. We appreciated them putting the boots aside for a few hours as they were going to be a gift, and we needed to get the person there to try them on. They have a great selection of shoes! And reasonable prices. We will be back again.

The girl working at 3:30PM July 6 was terrible.. I wasn’t acknowledged when I entered. She was sitting in the corner on her phone. I brought her a few pairs, and she went to find my size.. handed me the box, and then went right back to playing on her phone. It’s too bad, cause there are some cute shoes in this store.. but I felt like I was an inconvenience.

Walked in with my husband. Wanted to buy the purse on display. We were the only customers in the store and the young lady behind the till was too busy on her cell phone to help. Left after 10 minutes. Total lack of help. Horrible.

I have never met more rude employees in my life. The one girl laughed at me while asking for another kind of shoe, they were on their phones the whole time AND the one girl didn’t help the other girl while she was doing my return so I was stuck there for 45 minutes. I work in retail as well so I understand to always be nice but this was HORRIBLE!! Never Again.

Went in today for a pair of shoes which I found quickly but the sales associate (syed) was very rude I was not greeted in a friendly way just “do you want the other shoe to that” as I was trying on the display model and then I was checking out I had a 15% off code and he asked to see which okay so I scrolled to the part of the email that showed why I was given the code and the code and he proceeded to scroll for about 2-3 mins personally I don’t enjoy other ppl touching my phone and not explaining why but he continued to just scroll up and down and then proceeded to just need exactly what I showed him in the first place and then after the transaction was completed I had to make sure I was good to go as he was texting in front of me. If I didn’t need the shoes so quick I would just order online

I have never met such an unprofessional and rude employee (Steven). He was so disrespectful and bluntly showed that he wasn't interested in processing my transaction. Not going to ever deal with him again. So disappointed.

I want everyone to go here to buy footwear. Not only did I receive excellent service, the sales associate (Garrick) that helped me was extremely fun. They greeted me right away, found the size I needed efficiently, and complimented my selection; they also suggested an additional product that would improve my boots' longevity. I left feeling very confident! I believe the service I received was above and beyond and the price was impressive as well. Definitely highly recommend.

Garrick and Steven each helped me to pick out some heels. I ended up getting 2 pairs on an excellent deal, left the store having spent less than $30! Very happy!
