If you are looking for tires or repairs to your vehicle, this is the place to go. The service was above excellent. It was about 10 minutes to get the 2 tires I needed brought out and paid for, and they even placed them in my vehicle for me. Highly recommend going to this place if you need tires!

Worst tire shop in Lethbridge.Not only did they LOSE the lock key for my tires, they had me wait a half hour for my own appointment.There’s zero professionalism here, from the way the phone is answered to how you’re treated when you walk in the door - and then they keep your VIN-SPECIFIC TIRE LOCK; which I can’t replace.DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!!

I received good service at Buenos Motors. I was quoted a price for installing and balancing a set of tires that I had purchased somewhere else and ended up paying a little less in the end, and did it all under 1 hour. Six months later the tires are still good! BTW, they do have the lowest price for new tires in town. Recommended!

Asked for a $30 discount and the owner freaked out and claimed I was "lowballing" him. Not sure he understands the term. Very rude I would not buy anything from this shop.

They damaged the inside ot the brand new tire I bought from them. New shop said that damage only come when installing onto the rim which only Beunos had done less than two weeks before I took them into a new place to find out what was wrong.

A family member helped me out when I was travelling through Lethbridge and had a flat - they called around for tires and found Bueno's. At first everything was fine, they had what I needed and I left town to head home.... it's been 3 weeks and I got a flat... on brand new tires! I took my car to my local trusted tire centre (Firestone, I've taken vehicles there for 10 years) and they were appalled at what they saw. They said it was installation damage on the flat tire (chunks of tire chewed away a section of the bead **I hope I said that right, I'm not a tire expert** but the tire did not have a complete seal and was unfixable. They couldn't believe any tire business would let a customer drive away with a tire in that condition. They suggested I go back to have my tires replaced but I live in Edmonton and that's too far to drive to Lethbridge for correction. My family member called Bueno's to inquire on warranty or refund for the one tire and they outright refused to take any responsibility or offer any support. They said I must have caused the damage when I got a flat. I called my Firestone back to ensure there was no way the damage to the tire was caused when I had the flat, they laughed and assured me that I had the flat because of the installation damage on the tire. I did cause some damage, where I drove the flat to the nearest gas station but that damage was on the opposite side of the tire. We are all are disgusted with Bueno's. I am a single mother and just got new tires, now I am stuck with replacing them 3 weeks later!! I feel like I was taken advantage of and completely left out to dry. I am so lucky that I didn't get the flat with my kids in the car in the middle of nowhere. Can't believe this happened. When a reputable tire company is stating that the damage is typical installation damage, could not be caused by a flat, and completely unacceptable it's pretty ballsy for Bueno's to deny everything and take no accountability.

Installed defective tires. Did not warranty his work. When called and sent photos of his work he denied the claim and said I was out of luck. He doesn't warranty his work. Don't trust this guy.
