My family has been dealing with this business for many years. The level of service has definitely declined. Why book an appointment if you are not going to look at the vehicle when you said you would? If you are so backed up then don't book an appointment!!!! Oh it's under warranty so we'll just put it on the back burner is what you should of said instead of giving me every excuse in the book. I will never buy a vehicle here again! Piss poor service and piss poor attitude from the service department!

I recently had my Durango serviced at Bridge City, and while the parts took longer than expected to arrive, the customer service was exceptional throughout the entire process. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of during the two-month wait.
Special shoutout to Courtney, my service representative, who was fantastic. She kept me informed every step of the way, helped coordinate rental cars, and worked diligently to find solutions for any issues that came up. I truly felt valued as a customer.
While the delay in parts was frustrating and not the fault of this dealership , Bridge City’s commitment to customer satisfaction made the experience a lot more manageable. I would highly recommend their service team for anyone needing repairs or maintenance.

OUTSTANDING customer service and service department! I was traveling through Lethbridge from Texas and had bad DEF alert come on - they were able to get me in almost immediately, flush the DEF system and get us back on the road quickly and safely. 10/10 recommend! THANK YOU!!!

I Bought a Jeep Gladiator from Nick and he was amazing!!! Everything from giving me a huge discount to texting me to make sure my insurance was good and to help in anyway he could. Best dealership I’ve ever been to! They really make you feel like family in there!

Switched to bridge city service because we were scammed at another big dealership in town. They have been nothing short of wonderful to us. Even when mistakes happen, they are quick to fix them! They are super helpful. Highly recommend them!

SCAMMERS! Went in for a normal car check up and charged us 800 for it. The car owner does not like to argue but just paid it. Be careful, they will make you lose money

Would not recommend buying a vehicle from Bridge city due to the terrible service and warranty work. Takes about 6 hours just to get a oil change. The service techs say the part is under warranty one week after they look at it and order it. Didn't bother to call when the parts came in. By the time it came time to change the part it wasn't covered under warranty now because it had more damage from when it was looked at.
Bridge city is a joke and definitely will be going elsewhere for my 5th truck.

Extremely disappointed in the service department here. We haven’t had good luck for the past couple years, after my most recent encounter, our vehicle will not be going back into their shop again. I booked my vehicle in on a Friday and told them I needed it back by 1pm after dropping it off at 8am. It was an oil change, tire rotation and to look at AC. after not hearing back, I called at noon to see if a shuttle was coming and if my vehicle would be ready to go. The oil change and tire rotation were supposedly done, but they hadn’t looked at the AC yet so I’d need to book in for a full day. Next Tuesday comes around and I dropped it off for the full day, only for them to call and ask me if I had done a 4x4 service. To which I said, no, if it’s warrantied please look, if not, I’ll take care of it. He proceeds to tell me “we checked it and the oil is black, so we need to swap it and that’ll be $440”. The service advisor couldn’t tell me what they had actually checked, so I told them not to do it, I would take care of it. Took the vehicle home that night and checked the transmission fluid, front diff and transfer case and none had been checked. Go check the rear diff and that’s the only plug that had been removed, and the oil was hardly even discoloured, nevermind “completely black” like I’d been told. Don’t appreciate being lied to and told I need work done that doesn’t need to be done. We will not be back.

Texted me telling me my parts are in so book it in for recalls and an oil change then they say they don’t have parts after I have been there for hour. Would never buy from them again or get another service. To much to type in one comment about how horrible dealership. Every time I go there a problem and a fight to get it resolved. I feel bad for the people that don’t know anything about vehicles that go there.
