Twice I booked with them and both times they weren't open the day of my appt.?.it's really to bad cause I've been a long time client..however that is no longer the case

The other reviews on here really freaked me out but I really needed a new set and I would 100% come back! The artist listened to what I wanted and made me feel really comfortable. Also got me in very last min.
