Best Buy is an electronics store chain known for its wide selection of the latest tech products, including computers, mobile devices, TVs, home theatre, and video games. They offer online shopping with the option of reserving products in-store or having them shipped for free on orders over $35. Best Buy Canada also provides a Low Price Guarantee and Geek Squad Agents who can assist with technology issues, such as repairs and device protection. However, some customers have had negative experiences with individual employees, including difficulty returning phones and being placed on hold with call centers for extended periods. Additionally, there have been issues with accessibility for disabled, disadvantaged, and elderly customers in regards to two-factor authentication, and some customers have reported problems with the online help department. The store is not particularly large, and it seems relatively easy to find the items you're looking for. The sales consultants are often knowledgeable and friendly, providing helpful feedback and answering questions. The mobile service staff in the cell phone department are also known for their expertise, with customers reporting that they are patient and skilled at explaining phone plans and features. The Geek Squad has received mixed reviews, but one customer had a positive experience with a staff member named Gatlyn, who helped them purchase a new laptop to their requirements.

Took in computers to be recycled, and an assortment of other electronics. A salesperson came & took the odds and ends away while we visited the Geek counter where we met Jeremiah to clean up the computers. Great explanations and recommendations.
