Brand new fridge delivered in August. Broken since mid September. It is now October 31st and I still have no working fridge. Unreal. Customer service is useless and takes their sweet time. No care at all that I have no working fridge for 6 weeks now.
Last time ill be buying from Ashley.

Karen was fantastic to deal with from the moment that I walked into the store, right through to a few weeks later when I bought the pieces of furniture that I loved. She kept me updated about pricing and availability. John R was professional, personable and a great listener. I will go back again and have no doubt that I will experience the same high level of customer service.

Once leaving the store after our purchase, the phone would not stop pinging from all text notifications Ashley’s was sending. Simple communication from our sales consultant would suffice.

Awful experience. Took our money and gave us 3 week delivery time. Turned into 4 months with uncertainty of receiving furniture on-time. Customer care and sales representatives of Ashley’s in Lethbridge are underwhelming, disappointing and argumentative. None of the employees took care of our concerns or offered reasonable solutions, employees were quick to pass us off to the next person or manager or employee without addressing the problem or offering solutions. When picking up our console table order at the store, the warehouse employee dropped it flat on the ground from 5ft high and brushed it off as if nothing happened. It was damaged on the bottom and corners when we took the packaging apart. No one called us back to address the problem or offer a replacement.Truly an unforgivable experience shopping at Ashley’s. My wife and I will never shop there again, neither will our friends and family.The manager, Steve, of the Lethbridge Store is a complete dud. POS.

This company has the worst customer service!!!! I purchased a dual recliner from them and the reclining mechanism was damaged upon delivery. They insisted that the chair needed to be repaired rather than giving me a replacement chair. I felt that having to repair a very expensive chair even before we sat in it was not acceptable.However we did agree to have the chair repaired but after the repair the back would not return to the full upright position and the side of the chair was noticeably loose.I have contacted customer service again and they say I need to send them a video of the problem. They say that they can not send any one to inspect the problem. To quote "We do not do home inspections!"I would never buy from this company again!!!!Poor quality and even poorer service!!!!
