I have been dealing with Alpine since I got my car right when I turned 18. They are honestly the best company to deal with. Yesterday I was in a crisis with my insurance and Crystal helped me figure everything out in a few hours. She truly saved me and I cannot thank her enough!

Russ, Jenn and Christina are hands down the best agents in the insurance world - they remind me before payments are due - if something comes up , they know how to talk to insurance providers to get the best possible pricing . They are so lovely to talk to . Excellent customer service . I do not know where I would be without this team of professionals. They carry both my commercial and residential policies. With a face paced life they take time out of their busy schedule to make sure I don’t miss anything important - and to review my files so I am not over paying . I cannot say enough great things about this team . Way to go guys - truely the right way to do business!

I've dealt with another company for twenty-five years. I bought a new property and they declined me home insurance. Carla was able to get me home insurance in a couple hours. This ended up saving my mortgage. Friendly staff and they go the extra mile for you I couldn't recommend a company more ....Carla was my hero today ?

I recently used the services of Alpine Insurance, and I'm very pleased with the results. They were able to provide me with estimates from three different insurance companies in a very short time frame, which enabled me to save both time and money. They are very knowledgeable and professional, and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a great insurance broker.

Today I was pleasantly helped by an Agent at Alpine Insurance that was assisting me because my usual agent of many years who will go unnamed mysteriously disappeared on me yet again. Sharlayne Makin went above and beyond assisting me. She actually combined my Tenant Policy with my Auto and Motorbike Insurance and saved me a staggering $100.00 for the year. She also assisted me with details of a special 19A policy for a Custom Motorbike I am building. I've been with Alpine Insurance for many years and apparently my former agent didn't know to offer that to me, thanks Buddy. Anyway, Ms. Makin not only showed her many years of experience and excellent customer service, but also her great communication skills. The thing is, although she is a permanent floating agent at Alpine Insurance, there is no guarantee that I will have her as my full-time agent. Considering how helpful, knowledgeable, and service oriented Sharlayne Makin is, and considering how I was being represented by such a sub par agent for so long, it is my sincere wish that they allow her to be my permanent full time agent. Please Alpine Insurance ... Apparently I just learned today that not all insurance agents are created equally. You have an amazing, knowledgeable, experienced agent that as a longtime policy holder dearly asks you for her to become my full time agent as well as the many policy holders that your past unnamed agent has left on the lurch. I have always liked Alpine insurance, that's why I stayed so many years, I have always liked their many products, and finally Alpine Insurance, I like my new agent. Bravo Alpine Insurance, and Bravo Sharlayne Makin ... Here's Hoping ...Darrel Yackulic
