Ever since allstate went virtual. Noone answers. Been trying for days to change my policy and im always on hold. Definitely going to look for a nother insurance company.

(Updated )Thomas was a great agent, he offered me awesome rates, not a single issue there. But after 5 months a payment got declined and all state told me they had a different card # on file that the one I actually have.But for 5 months I can clearly see they took money from my actual credit card #.. I talked to my bank and they told me they can see the previous charges but not the one that all state claims it got denied.. so this got me really annoyed and now all state is CHARGING ME $100.00 late fee. Unfortunately I will be force to look for a different insurance company before my renewal(Update. )Laura reached out to me and helped me with this issue. She kindly offered to waive the extra fees off and now my payments are back on track.

I canceled my policy and changed to another insurance. As a result, I am now owing them money for unknown reasons. I asked for an invoice for reasons of payment and all i got for a response was "no". They claim they sent one by mail but upon asking for another they refuse to resend it. Wouldn't recommend them for any sort of service.

Ethan Reed has an extensive knowledge of the insurance industry and knows how to explain that knowledge so that the average home/vehicle owner can understand the coverage a policy would provide. He was prompt with his return texts, emails, phone calls and he took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Thank you Ethan

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. I was in an accident eight weeks ago. My adjuster, Shannon Morrison, has ignored my phone calls and not returned my voicemail. I called on December 11, January 5, and again today on January 12. I spent an hour of my time being transferred four times to four different representatives who offered me no help other than to "ask a Claims Manager" to contact me, which takes another 4-5 business days. Go figure. I had this same answer when I last called on January 5 and let me tell you that NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. I no longer have a rental vehicle, I have no idea what the damage to my vehicle is, nor who is liable in the accident. Between Enterprise and the body shop that my vehicle was taken to, I have had more insightful information from those people than I have from AllState.Way to be there for your customers during a hard time AllState.Anyone looking for insurance, do yourself a favour and choose any insurance company over this one. When all is said and done, we will be switching our home and auto insurance elsewhere. This has been the most unprofessional experience. Period.

Absolutely the worst service I have experienced out of any industry ever. Keep in mind that I have been conducting business with various business for 30 years. Daughters 'parked' car was hit by a drunk driver and Allstate has done nothing in 18 days, not even called a tow truck. Messages are not returned and even though the guilty person was caught and charged, we have not received any help AT ALL!

I had an issue with tenant insurance and Ethan Reed found the best possible solution for my problem. He was able to find me insurance and now I’m paying half of what I was paying monthly. That means a lot, especially now a days.

I was with Allstate for auto and property insurance for twelve years. They had always given me good rates. Then, this year, without explanation, they raised my rates by about 12%. I didn't renew my policies with them. I went with Economical Insurance that gave me rates 15% lower than Allstate and with better coverage.

Tyler Ogrins gave us the best options at the best prices after inquiring at multiple agencies. And the service has continued to be comprehensive. I like Allstate's online access to my policy information too.

Worse experience, agents were rude and dishonest, misleading, only two reps from customer service seemed to be informed on customer service and company policies hence the two star if it wasn't for the two specific persons I would give a 0 star
