The employee we encountered was an 11 year old boy from hong kong i think he said. I don't think he's legal to work, way too young. We walked in to check out what the store had and he got super pissed off at us. He said " what are you doing in here?" He kept asking if we were trying to steal. No ones stealing your knock off digimon stuffed animals bud relax. We were holding stuff in our hands that we were going to buy and He kicked us out saying we were trying to steal them. !!??!!?? Sooo ruuudddee. It made no sense and it made everyone in the store feel so uncomfortable over $15. He said if we didn't put everything back and exit the store immediately he was going to call his parents. I think he thinks the toys are all his and doesn't want anyone buying them so he snaps when people go in there. This kid wont part with anything. She needs to be medicated.

2022 June 4★Located inside the premium outlet, this is a nice, unique toy store specializing in wooden build it yourself kits, Asian plushies and other Asian inspired toys.Staff is nice.Wooden DIY toys are good quality.Would check it out.

Jerry is a big help got a Sabo(OnePiece) gift on my birthday and the stick is hard to put he then get my contact told me he will figure it out and text me after he knows then he texted me the next day how to properly put it. Good customer service ??

I purchased two of their DIYs and when I opened the first one, I found that the glue it came with is already dried out. I bought it for my daughter so we could build it together on mothers day but we are very disappointed with the kit. It has left me wondering if the second DIY I purchased will be the same and whether I should open it or return it. I'd also like to point out that their phone goes straight to voicemail so I'm left without any option to get their attention other than giving them a 1 star in hopes they will contact me when they see this.I know I can go out and buy glue to complete the kit, but it's a matter of principle. It's like buying a bookshelf from Ikea without the nails and screws to assemble it. I don't think that would be acceptable to anyone.

Love the stuff they carry at the store. Although the prices for items are a bit on the more expensive side, you can tell the quality of the items are really good. They carry the Robolife craft sets that are super unique - difficult to build for a child, but incredibly fun to make.

I gave TreeHouse a 5 star rate.
Although there is a little pricey on the items, the quality of the toys are really good though, some of them could last years.
I purchased the whole set of construction toys in 2018-2019, (Crane, bulldozer, dump truck, cement truck, road roller etc..) for my son, he really loves them and enjoy them for long time.
The only problem he had is the crane, and we came twice for exchange, and the girls are super nice to help even with last purchased we did on May, 2019
We came on Saturday Nov 30th, 2019 and the store has variety of toys to choose from. my son still love the crane, I talked with the manager, very nice lady (not sure she is the manager or the owner, lol), she gave us the very nice deal with the new Crane.
I am very happy with this store and we will certainly come back again for new stuff, my son loves everything here.
