UPDATE: I changed this from a 1 to a 3 due to the efforts of management to get this sorted out. The person at the branch that finally helped me was no more qualified than the first person, but they went out of their way to make sure things were done right and the right people were helping. This branch needs to train their staff better.
I made an appointment at the branch to add someone to my account, and make a minor change to my mortgage. I spent over an hour there, and was only able to add the person to my account because the person I met with at the branch, isn't familiar with Mortgages. She assured me it's being forwarded to someone else who will reach out. Over a week later, I'm still waiting. I was considering moving all my business and investments there. This made the decision easier.

The absolute worst people ive ever delt with in my life. Lazy, condecending, rude, disrspectful. They act like theyre doing you a favor by holding onto your money for you. Hopefully they get shut down.

Staff in the branch are good when I can go in. Branch was closed today so I tried to deposit cash through the drive thru atm. Machine would not take the cash and took forever to give me back my card. Guess I’ll have to return on a day they’re open because a gentleman who was inside using the atm came through the drive thru after me so I’m guessing the inside atm doesn’t work either.

One Teller does not use customer confidentiality talk to other staff about you personal banking information. Same girl gone there multiple times does not use confidentiality. One of the worse TDs I ever went to. Poor customer service. TD i have used since kid and family has gone down hill. Make you listen to broken record on hold phoning. I hope TD looses Customers.

Not 3 brain cells to rub together in the whole building. Absolute garbage service- it’s almost like they don’t want your business. Manager could not deposit my cheque for me in person (cheque is in my “business name”, aka my name), so I walked to the ATM and did it my self- bonus was I didn’t have to listen to some irrelevant wage employee of a national conglomerate make weak excuses for her lack of common sense. Please remind me why a physical branch exists when I have to phone in to create new accounts or use the ATM or mobile deposit to deposit cheques? She sure couldn’t answer that question; staring blankly, mouth agape as it was the first time she had even thought about the meaning of her own existence. All these idiotic employees deserve what’s coming- complete replacement by online banking and automated tellers.

Worst Bank ever. all they want is just your money.. i’m with TD for 9 years and all they gave me is a 500$ Secure Credit card ?? when i apply for Loc the banker who i applied through she don't even show any interest to speak with me. ATB is best ..!
