The people were all really nice and easy to deal with. My low rating is - "Buyer beware" when buying a used Trailer from this dealer. They don't verify that the unit is in good working order before selling it to you. I purchased a 2017 Alpline 5th wheel, which was in fantastic physical condition, my regret is not having it inspected before purchase. The issues didn't show up until I had a battery attached and was at the campground. I had to replace the solar panel control board, water pump and the water valve for switching from city water to Tank water and is wasn't that they didn't work well, the were BROKEN and not working at all the result was over a $1000 in repairs, it was disappointing to say the least. I was rushing and didn't do my do diligence expecting an RV dealer with such great ratings to be honest about the condition of the unit. ALWAY get an inspection!

I don't have a bad word to say about the shwabs RV team. All of them are very friendly and welcoming. The camper was cleaned top to bottom on pick up day and as it was my first time pulling a big camper they made sure to go through everything with me to make sure it works even the service team came out and gave a hand hooking up to the trailer

Jared (our salesman), Derek (manager), Kira (finance), Marv (service) and the entire team were all excellent to deal with from the minute we walked in the door. Not too pushy, and made sure we had everything we needed to head out camping straight from the lot. We purchased a slightly used trailer and they went through every part of it, ensuring we knew how to use it. They set up the hitch and made sure every connection was right. Would definitely recommend them for new and used trailers.

Bought a Keystone Arcadia Select, Don Kuny in sales was there right from the start to answer our questions and help us along the way, to the last person to see us off with trailer hooked to truck.
Kira in financing did a fantastic job, she came in on day off just to help us get the lower rate. Not all angels have wings, some sit at a desk in the financing department.
Marv in the back showed us all the details of trailer, answered all the questions and helped us understand what we needed to do to fully enjoy the trailer experience.
I would recommend Schwabs to anyone looking for a new trailer, I didn’t feel like just another customer, they really genuinely want to help and get you into the right trailer for you and your family!

I was very impressed with the sales team at Schwabs RV! Great selection, no hassle or hustle when it came to viewing their RV's. Chad the GM, Don.K. our salesman and Derek the Sales Manager went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Chad and Don did not bat an eye when we asked to look at many different models and brought them up to the main area to power them up for a proper "showing". Hats off to you people and when I need my next RV I hope you are all still available!
