I made an appointment 1 week in advance to change the oil and install winter tires (already on rims). When I showed up, I was told I did not have an appointment. Interesting, as I have 3 confirmation texts and an email telling me when and where to show up. I was informed I would be fit in in a very unfriendly manner. 2.5 hours later and almost closing time I thought I would check on my vehicle. I stayed in the customer lounge the whole time waiting to be informed its ready. There it was sitting outside .... for how long? Who knows. Now they couldn't find my name or vehicle in their system again. The bill was completely wrong from the promised amount. I wish there was a single thing that was positive about this experience, however I cant really find one. I had indicated my displeasure to the advisor before I left and figured someone might give me a call about the experience. looks like its not important enough to follow up on.

Recently dealt with David Krasowski and Jeff, would most certainly will be dealing with them again in the future. Would highly recommend dealing with Schwab in Leduc.

I called in and got some information on my GMC Sierra and the staff was VERY knowledgeable!!! Service department answered all my questions even though I wasn't getting the work done there, very friendly and professional.

I have been driving Pilot trucks for over 20 years. My last two trucks have been GMC, I’ve been to many dealerships. Now I will only go to one, Schwab in Leduc, because I know 100% of the time they are honest and will always do it right. Highly recommend Schwab, their service and tech department has always been amazing. My first GMC is retired and engine still running with over 515,000 km on it and my second over 222,000 km so far. I am very grateful for Shawn Simms the service manager, always does his best to go above and beyond as well as the staff that all run this shop! Great work you guys! Thank you.

Schwab’s offers great service! I purchased my vehicle there and it has continued to service it for the last twelve years! Schwab’s is clean and well organized and has done an excellent job! This visit was super, as well! They were so fast and my oil change was done in no time. They are courteous and polite! Took my truck in to have the cam shaft position sensor changed. Dropped the truck off at opening time and told them they had all day to get the work done as the estimate was 5 hours.
Returned to the dealership just before closing time to pick up my truck but was told the technician was pulled off my truck to work on another vehicle and mine wasn’t done.
Had to go home (100 km) without my truck and had to return the next day to pick up my truck another (200 km) there and back.
The real icing on the cake is the replacement of the cam shaft position sensor didn’t fix the problem of the engine shutting and vibration. If anything it is worse and the fuel consumption has increased.

Always love to going to Schwabs.
It's like home away from the office (as I work from the hitop table in the coffee area) when I take my truck in for oil changes / servicing.
Biggest reason for me dealing with Schwabs is knowing the folks there.
Whether it's Darryl, Dorreen or the parts gang - Brian, Jared, Jeff, Mark or service- Trevor / Shawn - it's still a small town feel and for me that's important.
Conversations and keeping it personable !

Amazing experience! After leaving another dealership feeling very annoyed with the pressure to buy, I came into Schwab with the intention of just looking. I met with Doug and he is the nicest most professional salesperson that listened to my every need and showed me vehicles that would suit my family best. I walked out the new owner of a 2024 Chevy Equinox and I am SO SO happy with my purchase! I cannot thank Doug enough for putting me in a great vehicle and really making it all work for me!
