The representatives at this Leduc location are very friendly, knowledgeable and kind to associate with. They provided great mechanical services and are always upfront about all work, they are very reasonable when it comes to pricing for the work and parts. They are very accommodating with arranging appointments. Great place to do business, which I have been for years!

Took my Honda Civic in for tire changeover and service was very good. Friendly staff. I appreciated the prompt responses from emails and text messages about prices and appointment booking. Some other tire places didn't bother responding. Also got a better cost for the changeover and tire storage. Thanks for the good work and customer service OK Tire!

Service goes above and beyond at this Okay Tire. As well, their prices for tire storage and rotation is substantially cheaper than local competitors. I would highly recommend them.

Would give less stars if possible. Cost me 1600 in repairs due to failing to inform me on issue's that could’ve easily been fixed. As well, they did not reprogram the vehicle after servicing. To add on, my father brought his Teslas for a tire rotation in which they filled every tire to a different psi (some way too high some way too low), scratched the crap out of his rims and lost the caps to the tires. This company shows time and time again they do not care about their customer service, they only care about that card getting swiped. Also to make matters worse, when trying to explain the issues I was told “you must not know anything about vehicles” and wasn’t even given a sorry for the mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes, own up to it instead of blaming others, no one I know will ever visit an Ok Tire again. As well they are going to charge you absolutely through the roof to do as little work as possible ? you saw it 18 months ago however the drastic damage to my suspension would have been seen and SHOULD have been noted, thanks for finally acknowledging your mistakes

The Leduc OK Tire store looked at my truck after a tire blew out from a rock. I had great service when getting a new set of tires put on. After the tires were on i noticed a strange noise, the OK Tire guys looked at it for me and determined it was nothing to do with the tires but they were able to point me in the right direction to get it properly repaired. They had amazing service and expertise. Highly recommend them if your in need!

OK Tire Leduc: I would actually give this a zero star, but had to press one star in order to write review. My coworker just called a few minutes ago to get a quote on a cost of a muffler. I heard the whole conversation and the man she was talking to was awfully rude. Just by the way this guy was talking I wouldn’t trust their services at all. ??
