I bought a Pacifica in June 2024. Initial sale was easy as I knew what I wanted. Natalia and Christina are both incredibly helpful! Shortly after taking the van home - I had some trouble with it. Called in - they said there was a recall on it. I asked why it wasn’t already done since it was a 2023. They didn’t have an answer but said they would book it in. Turns out they got the wrong part to install so it will have to go back again. It was also discovered at this time that my dash had defectively wrinkled up. They would fix that “next time” too. Went back a second time for another recall, which as just a download. Pick up my van after 2 days of it being with service - and the download wasn’t done as they didn’t have codes (wouldn’t they look into this before booking me in?!) and they still didn’t have the other warranty part. Dash not done or mentioned. Didn’t hear from them - so after a few weeks I called and booked to have all the work done. Dash. Driver mirror not saving in driver settings, door locks not always working, 2 recalls. They said they couldn’t order the dash piece without first seeing it.
But you have seen in. In June and in July. This was already supposed to be ordered! Grrr. Took van back in they did all the recalls and not the dash. They ordered the part and it had to go back again!
Mirrors still aren’t saving so booked that in (again) to be looked at and asked if anyone even tested it before giving my vehicle back (no one would answer - all anyone says is “sorry”). Pick it up today and am told it wasn’t a part of the driver saving settings. Ask to talk to the manager (who is new since I bought the van - not helpful or caring at all), who says talk to service. Service says talk to manager. Nothing but a huge run around!
Over $70,000 for a new van (not loaded), with warranty for everything … and all anyone can do is brush me off or say sorry.
Disgusted.
The stars that they earned are for Natalia and Christina who were very efficient, helpful and friendly. Beyond that - not much good to say :(

Wanted to share my experience. Logan was amazing. Really helpful, wanted to provide good service and was experienced and knowledgable. Unfortuently my truck was having some issues and further investigation needs to be done. I was also really happy with the service manager (I’m sorry, but I forget her name) she was also very helpful and keen to give great service. Thank you guys.

I’ve had a dream since I was little to own a Jeep (my Dad had a 1948 Jeep), but I could never imagine the incredible experience I got to have while purchasing one. Being a woman who had a previous negative dealership experience somewhere else, I was hesitant to go by myself, but I ended up feeling so valued and safe throughout the entire process. Lewis made me feel so comfortable and ensured I had the knowledge to make the right decision, and Brad helped seal the deal. Both Natalia and Christina took time to go over all the fine print details and all the fun gadgets. I felt so validated as a person with preferences and a budget, and I felt as though everyone at Leduc Chrysler actually cares about me and my family.

Leduc Chrysler saved our vacation. We had our travel trailer packed and just needed a quick oil change before leaving the next day. There was an issue at the oil change place where our power steering got knocked out. Leduc Chryler sent over one of their mechanics (during a very busy work day). They were able to limp our truck to their shop, get parts and had us fixed in a few hours. They even offered a local shuttle ride. Their customer service is top notch!!
We weren't even their regular customers and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. HATS OFF TO YOUR SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE TEAMS!!

Lewis and the whole staff at Leduc Chrysler have been outstanding! I showed up unannounced to look at a car and from the second I got there I was treated absolutely amazing..no pressure and Lewis worked to get the price point that I was comfortable and helped me achieve the purchase of my new to me Camaro which has a memorial meaning of my late father. I can’t thank the staff at Leduc Chrysler enough for making this dream come true.

Simply brilliant customer service!
I dealt with Brad & Georgio at Leduc Chrysler. Both gentlemen were fantastic to deal during the entire buying process of purchasing a new Jeep Wrangler.
I am no stranger to purchasing new vehicles & will only deal with Leduc Chrysler for all my vehicle needs going forward. Highly recommend this dealership. You won’t regret it.

I’m from out of town and Took my Jeep in to have issues diagnosed and fixed. Kim and Chuck at the service desk were exceptional to deal with and got my Jeep in and repaired and back out in two days. They made sure it is road safe for my son and I to travel back to Manitoba. Service was amazing and they both kept me in the loop the entire time and made sure it was done in short time so that I can head back on time. Highly recommend Leduc Dodge for any service needs! Ask for Kim or Chuck!
