Great experience at Mazda in Leduc. I was inquiring about a new set of winters and Brian in the service department was happy to accommodate. There was a special going for Bridgestone Blizzack WS90 tires at Costco in October and after calling around to other Mazda dealerships, LA Mazda was the only one who would happily match pricing. They ordered my tires in and just told me to give them a call when I wanted to put them on. Overall, very happy with my experience and will be back in the future!

I am loving my new Mazda CX-50 that I bought less than a month ago at L.A. Mazda in Leduc. I went in to test-drive a used CX-90. I liked it a lot, but we just couldn't reach a deal. However, thanks to the no-pressure style of Donovan (sales agent) and Stef (manager), I reconsidered my needs, and returned for two reasons. One, I really liked the Mazda vehicles. And secondly, I really enjoyed working with the staff. I had been prepared for typical used vehicle sales methods, those ones that annoy us customers. However, the total experience felt more like conversations with friends. I still wanted to get a deal for me, and they still needed to get their price, but honestly, their style resulted with me leaving with a beautiful CX-50. Thanks Donovan and Stef, as well as Craig and Tyler in finance. I love my wheels, and you were all excellent to deal with.

Been dealing with LA Mazda for over 9 years now as I bought my first Mazda 3 back in 2015. I have always gotten all my services through them as their team is top notch, always taking care of their customers.
Now, I decided to upgrade my Mazda 3, and Quinn put me into a hot little Mazda 3 GT, and I absolutely LOVE IT! The process was low pressure, and Tyler (in the finance department) was great and thorough with explaining the extra warranty packages and upgrades. Will absolutely have me as a loyal customer for life!

My friend and I recently purchased a new 2025 Mazda CX-50 GT Turbo with Rhaymon and he was a very big help.
He has awesome hair and he made the purchase very easy and memorable. He is very thoughtful and considerate with a lot of knowledge about Mazda. Tyler was great in finance and helped us a lot as well. The Sales Manager Stef was very accommodating and funny too.
My friend and I are very happy with our new 2025 CX-50 GT Turbos!!

Had an exceptional experience with L.A. Mazda in 2023 when we bought our first vehicle. They really went the extra mile. Special shout out to Craig.
The time came where we needed a 2nd vehicle, and based on the overwhelmingly positive 1st experience, I just thought I'd skip the headache of trying other dealerships and reached out to L.A. Mazda again. Couldn't be happier.
Was a real pleasure dealing with Alex. He is extremely knowledgeable on their products but what I appreciated most is we could just casually discuss my needs and I didn't get the annoying upsell tactics that I wouldn't have appreciated. Overall seems like a nice guy and I enjoyed our chats about all sorts of random things. Creates a nice welcoming vibe.

My wife and I recently bought our Mazda CX-30 from LA Mazda in June 2024, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, the attention to detail and customer service were outstanding.
It all started with a personalized video from Joban, inviting us to the dealership after we requested specific information via email. This thoughtful touch made us feel valued and excited about our visit. When we arrived at the dealership, Joban was busy with another client, but we were warmly welcomed by Juan. The camaraderie and good relationship between Joban and Juan were immediately evident, and Joban assured us that we were in the best hands with Juan.
Juan guided us through the entire process with clarity and professionalism. What we appreciated most was the absence of any pressure to buy. Juan sincerely shared the pros and cons of our choice, making us feel confident and informed. The transparency and honesty were refreshing.
When it came to the paperwork and financial process, Craig and his team were super clear and efficient. They made everything smooth and straightforward, ensuring we understood every step.

What a fabulous experience we had purchasing our new mazda vehicle. The staff is so friendly with a no pressure attitude. Our sales person, Rhaymon, was so funny and he has really cool hair. He doesn't just walk from place to place, but kind of speed walks very excitedly around the dealership! A real personable guy! You can tell her enjoys sharing information about the Mazda product. Our finance guy, Craig, was also so great to speak with and we enjoyed our conversations with him. All in all we had a great experience and highly recommend this dealership!

Shout out to Quinn. Honestly the best dealership I've been to.
We were looking for a replacement car for my partner whos car was totalled and there was a bit of trauma in getting in a new car.
Quinn was friendly, professional, and asked all the right questions to find us a perfect car, from doing a whole bunch of homework based on our priorities, and she was even comfortable enough to get in a car to try it which was amazing.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your courtesy, patience, and sincerity. Coming back to Quinn when my Ford is 'Found on road dead' :)

Bought a new CX 5 from LA Mazda, had the pleasure of dealing with Rhaymon, Stef and Tyler. These three gentleman were excellent to deal with they took time to understand what I was wanting and explained everything I needed to know about my new car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. This is by far the best experience I have ever had and I love my new CX 5 Thank you!!
