Just had $1500 worth of tires put on and car now has a bad vibration. Called and can’t get appt until a few days .. wow great service. Told me to go to any other Kal Tire. Poor workmanship equals inconvenience to customers. Customer service did not seem to care at all.

Got stranded in Leduc with a damaged rim on the weekend while driving to BC. They said they were too busy to help, which is fair this time of year. But the staff didn’t seem to care very much anyways. I asked the man at the desk if he had any alternatives he could please recommend. He asked where I was going, I answered Fernie and explained that my spare tire I had on was a donut tire so I didn’t wanna drive too far on it. He looked at google maps and said ok you can go try our location in Kelowna. ?♀️

Miss the popcorn machine!! What in the world!!? Getting rid of that is a downgrade. Whoever came up with that silly idea needs to rethink it! Other than that, the customer service is always top-notch. Very grateful to all the staff at this location. Annamarie, in particular, shines! Thank you KalTire at 6543 Sparrow Drive, Leduc.

Everything was great except there was still no popcorn machine. This was real customer service and for some obvious silly reason it has been removed. We miss it because that's what was special about this Kal Tire location. Please bring it back. Thank-you.

Set up an appointment 1 month in advance for new tires left work early to make appointment on time and they told me I would be waiting 1-1/2 hours and they were not able to accommodate appointment on time. Could have called so I would not lose money at work but did not! I will no longer be shopping at any Kal Tire in this lifetime and I buy lots of tire. Crap service for long time loyal customer.

I purchased 4 new tires and was told that the car would be ready in 1 hour. I came back in 1.5 hr and the installation was not even close to completion. The issue I have is the inability to estimate work flow within the shop and provide reasonably accurate estimates of completion. I don’t care if it takes 1 hr or 1 day, just provide an estimate that is “somewhat accurate” so I can plan my day appropriately.

My tire was flat again unfortunately they were closed
Got here early in the morning and they apologized and repaired it again no charge! Thank you Kal Tire staff!
Took my tire in to get fixed took about 30? Mins and back on the road! Thank you so much! The girls at the counter were a joy to talk with as well ?

I got a flat tire while in the area from BC. First place I went to said the tire could not be repaired and I needed two new tires which couldn’t be done till the next day. I took it to Kal Tire for a second opinion at 5:30pm. Heather had the staff look at it and once they took the tire off the rim (which other shop had not done) they determined it could in fact be repaired. I was on my way within 20 minutes. I drove 900km back to BC the next day and my tire was fine.
They fixed my problem in the spot for $38 (after AMA discount) in 20 minutes when the other shop was going to take a day and $230, so naturally I was very happy with their service!

I needed a tire tube for my lawnmower. After phoning 6 locations of kal tire the person who picked up the phone on Aug 31/24 actually took the time and looked up which location had one in stock and pointed me in the direction to their Drayton valley location.

Been to this Kaltire a few times. Everytime I come here I have received amazing customer service from Annamarie and the work completed is also exceptional. Alex is an awesome technician and I truly appreciate his time and effort helping setup my custom build. Highly recommend
