Recently got an oil change done here and I have multiple issues including my oil filter housing cap and 2 oil leaks from my vehicle. I’ve never had issues before this oil change occurring with my car and will now only go to the dealership proceeding forward.
Would NOT recommend.

Never going through a drive thru oil change ever again. I have an older model, a 2005 Honda accord. Came here once, and never again. A young boy did my oil change and the manager did indeed tell him not to overfill my oil tank, weather they did or added the wrong oil- it caused my oil filter to sweat real bad at the seam, which leaked all on my alternator and I went back there once I noticed my alternator having issues, they showed me what was happening and said they couldn’t do much and to take it to a mechanic, I told them I would the following Monday since that was the only availability, before Monday even came that sweat killed my alternator the day after visiting this place for the extended warranty. Now I’m stuck paying $1000 for tow truck, new alternator and oil leak diagnosis and stuff.

Honestly, the folks here were fantastic. The service was wonderful and they open earlier than the other oil change places. 100 percent will come back here for my next oil change.

First time to a Jiffy Lube. Needed the oil changed while visiting from out of province. Service was excellent. They had the proper oil and filter recommended for my little diesel truck, which can be hit or miss at other 'quick lube' places. The staff checked everything over thouroghly and also changed my wiper blades easily as they had a good supply of wiper blades and adapters. The best part..... they didn't try to upsell me on any unnecessary services like almost all the other places do!! Thanks Jiffy Lube!! I'm confident heading into the mountains as the snow is falling here and its almost May!

The staff weren't listening to me whatsoever and I had to ask them questions over and over while they ignored me. I almost asked one of them if they were HIGH!?!? When someone is 2 feet from you and has to YELL at you to get your attention..what does this mean?? He looked totally dazed.THEN: One of them entered my car's mileage as 60,000kms OVER what it was and now it's on my CarFax; I'm having to explain that while I'm selling it. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Just had an oil change done there. Paul, Justin and Tyson were outstanding and did a thorough check as I had some issues with losing oil. Highly recommend!

Excellant employees and owner. Went to get flush and fill , they tested and said we didn't need one. They only did what was needed.
