The transaction screen displays a card image while asking you a question about your transaction. Making that illegal.
There is several breaking off, and me thinking it was somehow looped around. To find my pump has its hose just laying on the ground. There is no markings no anything. Thats illegal to my knowledge 2
Inside was one employee you clearly tell couldn't care less about his job. Numerous angry people wondering if they cards were charged anything and the overall inability of the employee to help in any whatsoever including a lady that had to go in like 3 times to get him to do anything with the gas pump.
It's super cool and neato your becoming coop. However illegal behavior like this is not acceptable and it is the current owners job to immediately fix things like this.
The pumps have been doing this for about 5 to 6 weeks.
Wow.

Stopped in to buy gasoline for our car. Found the pump area in various states of disrepair and the employee to be disrespectful when I questioned why the out of service pumps didn't have signage to indicate they didn't work.

Really nice store with the best customer service. This is one of my favourite stores now. I went there yesterday and found all the new amazing candies and chips . The boys working there was very polite ,knowledgeable and amazing stuff. Just love the vibe and the staff is super friendly. Thank you guys!!

Gas is ALWAYS more expensive. Very poor customer service. Recommend going to Curcle K gas station 3 minutes into town. Much better service.

The staff workers are so clueless, also how hard is it to answer the phone, I left my wallet on the counter, and they don't have the decency to answer a single call.

It was absolutly lovely coming here. Before the new management i used to hate coming here. If i was a few cents short they would turn me away before, but now I was allowed to have my item when I was 5 cents short. The new people seem absolutly amazing and its much cleaner then before. Only bad thing is that most of the items are more expensive but we can thank inflation for that. I'll defenitly be dropping by more often.

New Owner seems to be very soft spoken, this store is very clean and fully stocked . Awesome customer service. Since taken over by new management There is a big positive change in this place . Highly recommended.

This place could not be worse for customer service, also their gas prices are always a minimum of 10cents higher than anywhere else. I recommend taking a couple mi uses and driving to co-op they are always nice gas prices can't be beat and they have full serve pumps still!

Store is filthy, run by illiterate people with no customer care and can't seem to want to interact with us. Card reader at the pumps don't work so don't even bother. They certainly don't.

If i could give 0 stars I would. This place is absolutely horrible. Prices are absolutely sky high, customer service is horrible. Guy at the counter often stares at you the entire time or ignores you completely. Ive been extremely uncomfortable going in there many times that ive had to bring a male friend or my father with me just to feel safe. They only care about draining your bank accounts not providing you with a safe environment and outstanding service. Would NEVER recommend this place ever.
