There is a Indian lady there who does not know how to cut female hair. Layers were not blended at all whatsoever, it looked choppy and butchered. Maryann was able to fix it and I wish I'd got her in the first place, she's good

Young lady first chair on right last evening. Simple # 4 buzz. (Partial scalped on right side! )
I wondered why she didn’t show me the back? Discovered why when I got home. Very uneven and looks gross!
If she’d let me know we could have went possibly down to a # 2 or even bald! Very disappointed in this business.
Stylist: Horrible #4 buzz should be simple but uneven and scalped one side on back! Looks gross and couldn’t be bothered to tell me ! Avoid this store folks!!

Leduc store, white lady with glasses atleast 40, dresses very different, took my long hair and hacked it grossly short, left uneven. I asked for a TRIM!!! Been goin here for over 10 yrs, 1st time ever had such an awful experience. Attached r pics- dressed n out was my hair, now it’s short and not stylable at all.
Hair type: Long, fine curly hair, wanted the dead ends cut off, simple trim, my hair is so short doesn’t even touch my ears, last trim was may, don’t need 6 inches cut off. One side of my hair is all 1 length, the other side is super short and so ugly. Always used I, never again! She said she’s been doing hair for 30 years,doubtful.

Definitely recommended to check-in online before you get there. They'll give you an estimated wait time. I did that, and only had to wait about 5 minutes once I got there, when the screen was showing as over an hour wait time. The stylist who did my hair (I never caught her name) was super sweet and did a great job with my hair. We talked about piercings and tattoos the whole time

I find this online system absolutely unfair to people and seniors that have no computer skills to have to book for a hair appointment...Do better...!!!

They did absolutely amazing on my toddler, his hair looks wonderful. Unfortunately for me she cut off a lot more than what I was expecting. I wanted to trim and cut my dead ends but I went from 19” of hair to 12-13” I’m having a hard time believing that much of my hair was dead, looking back at pictures you can see where my hair needed to be cut but it wasn’t that much. I have naturally curly hair and now my hair is so short it fluffs up so much i look silly. Otherwise our experience was great. The prices are amazing and we will come back for sure.

Been going here for around 7 years now and I always request Karlie. She’s the best and one of the only people I trust to cut my hair. She’s seen all my colour phases and has helped me get my hair nice and healthy after all the damage. She has also inspired me to become a hairdresser and has helped with some technique ideas to better my education. I can’t say how much I appreciate everything she has helped me with and been so amazing to talk to over the years
