Terrible service!!! So tired of this place. The pumps NEVER work, always out of order and the tap to pay doesn't work so youre required to go in everytime. They do nothing to help and the place is never clean. I was told by the women staff member to "just go somewhere else". So I will definitely be doing that!!

Isn't it funny how many people leave a bad review about the staff at this Fas Gas location. They are right.I have never been treated so bad as I was on my last visit.I am sending a scathing E mail to head office about my treatment.
They should be ashamed of them selves on how they treat people that patronize there store.If I could give a zero I would. We have a great business community here in Luduc.This business is NOT part of that.

I will no longer be coming to this establishment. I do NOT need employees telling me their opinion on politics and taxes. And after I walk away, I DEFINATELY don't need them coming out to talk about it more while i'm pumping gas. There's plenty of work in the store to be done, coming outside to talk to customers that already expressed they don't want to be part of the conversation and FORCING that conversation is crossing a line. Never going back, petro can 3 staff buildings down know and respect boundaries.

Five years I been coming to this gas station this morning being treated like cause their pump isn’t working and no signs on it to tell me . I have to go north of Edmonton for work now I’m going to be late 30 mins . I miss the guy that used to work . Good people skills this girl is so rude . Was not happy !!

Two ladies working there are the most kind and most outgoing. Always greet customers with a smile and has friendly conversation. Thumbs up to their customer service ?. To all gas stations attendants out there learn customer service from these ladies

Very rude service,Today I filled the gas in evening,I got problem with the pumpImmediately I informed in counterfas gas but they are very rude ,When I m living out from store ,They were talking bad on meI live in leduc community more than8 years as a local I never seen kind of rude behavior in any store .
