I called crystal glass in Leduc to have a window in my residence repaired. I was told someone would contact me to arrange the repair. That was 5 days ago. Preciously a few years ago they did a similar repair. I had to call them months after they ordered the window to be repaired. I was told they completely forgot about it???? Very poor service as far as I’m concerned and will never use them again

Fantastic service here! My 2023 jeep wrangler needed a windshield replacement after a few chips cracked in the weird weather. They got it in fast and had it fixed within 2 hours. Did an excellent job! True to their name, it was crystal clear driving home.I won't hesitate to call them next time my jeep catches a rock ♡

Got rock chips repaired and when I went to pick up my car they had hit the concrete divider out front. I brought this up to the very nice middle eastern lady at the front and she barely acknowledged it as she walked away from me to grab my receipt and wish me a good evening. Not going to say don’t go here, just maybe put pool noodles on the front of your low sitting car before you do.

Had our sunroof shatter on highway 2 on our way to Edmonton and Crystal Glass in Leduc fit us in ASAP to clean it up and tape some plastic over the damaged sunroof until we made it back home to Red Deer. Thanks so much for your excellent customer service. We will get it repaired at Crystal Glass in Red Deer once the new sunroof arrives.

Called Crystal Glass 4 days ago(just prior to the long weekend) in respect to a stone chip. They booked me in the first day after the weekend. The lady I spoke to at the front counter was extremely courteous and friendly. They got me in and out within 20 minutes and the work was excellent. Great shop. I will bring my vehicle here in the future.Thanks guys...
