I really enjoy the high quality and variety of products at Co-op. Their bakery is wonderful! I just started using their curbside pickup service and I love the ease of it. The staff has been very helpful.

We have been coming to this location for years and absolutely love the staff! They are super friendly and helpful! They treat my daughter and I like family (Ted and Geri are so wonderful with my daughter she believes that they are another set of grandparents for her). We always have to make a stop in when we are in town regardless of if we need something or not, (but I always end up buying something).

The last two times I have gone in there I waited way too long for help. The first time I had to leave to make it to an appointment. Then when I went back the second time to get what I needed I again needed to wait way too long for the next available associate to help. I understand staff cost but I value my time too much to return.

I’ve been into this location several times over the years and I won’t be going in again. The staff are incredibly rude, I stood in front of the customer service counter today waiting to get help. Two people looked at me like I was an annoyance to their day. If you don’t want to work in the customer service industry close up shop. The staff argue amongst themselves and the customers get to witness it. I’ve seen it several times now each time I’ve been in hasn’t been a pleasant experience. I will not recommend this store to anyone and if your reading this go to Rona or Canadian Tire in Leduc instead.

First time at this location - customer service reps were extremely rude and unhelpful. Went to this location for a water tank they had in stock and wasn't available at my usual location. The tank ended up being in poor condition inside and the members ridiculed me when I told them it was not satisfactory. The entire process of the yard and customer service staff was significantly poorer than any agro centre I have been to local to me. Do not plan on ever going back.

Was not pleased with Co-Op on Sat Oct 9. Got there twenty minutes before closing. Employee basically accosted me and asked if I needed help I said I knew what I needed but asked him to point out one aisle. Followed me around telling me to hurry up as they close in 15 minutes. I said I needed to get animal feed and he said that's in the back and they already closed early. Before closing time? Plus you also pay for feed in the store. I said would you like me to come back tomorrow and he said well you can't we are closed. That's fine but why not help me? You all get paid until close. I am renovating a farm, and have livestock, and would have be Len out before 5. I promptly left and spent 4700$ at another store on horse and livestock feed and materials that actually wanted my business since they did not want to serve me within store hours.

I have gone to this location many times and the service and quality never changes. Its always excellent. Different staff yes move shelving around yes but the store is great.

Beware, Co-Op does not offer price protection/guarantee. The deck railing I bought went on sale a week after I bought it. I inquired in store about price guarantee but was declined.

I enjoy shopping at this location, the staff are always helpful and knowledgeable, plenty of stock ,easy to find what your looking for , good location by the gas bar never had a problem with parking , good or comparable pricing , I've got some really good deals on end of the season stock here

Would not recommend them to build a shop my brothers and I have been pulling tooth an nail to get it completed for almost2 years now and still have not gotten deficiencies completed. Not to mention the long road to having to call to see where crews are! To getting a bill before they were even close to completed. to have doors installed wrong then another 3 times to get them in only to find there still not level. Missing screws, bent siding(done by there man lift) man doors (which got fixed by the new crew they hired since firing provan), just an overall terrible experience that still hasn't ended. Seems ownership doesn't care much for there customers unless your a big money client. if your looking to get a shop done and not have a headache and quality workmanship I'd look elsewhere.
