I waited over an hour for my food. Finally I called the store and the employee told me he was waiting for me to call because he didn’t have wings. Then he said my driver had left and he would try to figure something out. I waited another 20 minutes and finally my food arrives….this is what I recieved…cold, old, dried out food. Horrible quality. Disgusting customer service. Will never order from this store again.

Very poor customer service from cashier had to go in twice to get her to turn on the pump after paying for gas. Other times the same person refused to allow the use of tap for payment. When she works she is regularly rude and always seems to not complete transactions efficiently. I visited April 24, 2024 at 11:19:16 am.

They give free slupree if you color a bunny thingy and they often have deals off and really nice employees

I usually have such a great experience at this location but today I was not asked to use my 711 rewards or even scan to get my points. And then I had to pay for sauce with my chicken strips after my purchase was made. Before you know it we will be charged to put ketchup on our burger or to have ice added to the drink. Appalled at my experience in comparison to my usual experience here. I will order a pizza from next door instead next time. They treat they don’t charge me for sauce on my pizza it’s included in the price

Dirtiest bathroom in Leduc. Smelled like piss. Splatters all over the walls. Floor filthy. Disgusting. Brown smears on the garbage can @ the opening of it. Smelt so bad I almost spewed. And these people here are cooking food right around the corner of the washroom. Yuck.

The older woman that works here is incredibly rude. She has been for the two years that I have been going to this store. I avoid her at all costs that's how rude she is.

I ordered chicken wings and wedges, my husband needed gas, also.Everything was ready, within 12 minutes, food was all freshly made, and he, and grandson enjoyed every bite !!
