Recently had an exceptional experience with Robyn renting cross country ski equipment. Not only was she helpful and friendly throughout the equipment rental process, she was able to update us on the local trail conditions and point us in the right direction for a trail that was close by and matched our ability level. The equipment rental for the day was also very reasonable. We would recommend Wilson Mountain Sports to anyone visiting the area.

They always have the most unique selection of products compared to the other shops in the mountains and Edmonton for that matter. Prices are are often better than what we have found in Edmonton on similar items. Every time we come to Lake Louise it is a must stop for us and and we always buy something.The staff are super helpful and knowledgeable with a no pressure attitude.Worth the visit if you need any outdoor apparel or skis/snowboards.Tim’s 2cents

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here. Rob and Aaron managed a very busy lineup incredibly well. They have been selling out of electric bikes every morning as they opened and there are lineups before they open every day. We secured electric bikes and had the most epic day at Moraine Lake. The entire experience was possible because of them and they crushed it. Thanks Rob and Aaron and team!

Really helpful and friendly staff. Excellent explanation of how to use the gear. Bear spray is available for rent here, 10 $/day.

This is a great store! They have very cute items, and you can rent bear spray by the day here. I ended up buying a jacket here but wanted to think overnight on it, and the staff kindly helped me out and put it on hold overnight for me as a special favour. Really appreciate the awesome customer service here!! Highly recommend.

It was absolutely pouring outside, and we rented e-bikes for the day ahead of time. They wouldn’t honor a weather cancellation policy. Any ride in the rain would soak you in 30 minutes yet alone a full day. They didn’t care. When we booked 2 days ago there was no rain on the radarLong story short — I would not book with these people. They definitely prioritize their sale over the safety and comfort of their customers. Huge thanks to Suzanne who helped me find a great rain jacket from the sale rack bc I didn't plan for mountain weather well enough. She brought stock back up from the basement to give me more choices too. All before 830am on a Monday! She was so nice and made my mistake turn into a great way to start the day. Thank you again!

Since we weren’t able to get shuttle tickets to Moraine Lake, we made a last min decision to rent e-bikes from Wilson Mountain Sports— best decision ever!! The ride up to Moraine was beautiful, and after some hiking there and at Lake Louise, we rode out on 1A which was so fun! A quick, easy rental experience! Only downside was one of the batteries died in the last couple miles back which was a bit stessful- thank goodness we had turned around when we did.

It's hard to describe when something doesn't feel corporate. That's this place. That feeling requires the stuff they stock feeling well thought out, employees who are funny, and feeling like the employees have experience.

My boyfriend and I rented 2 e-bikes to go to lake moraine and lake Louise. Honestly wouldn’t have done it any other way. The ride up to moraine is on the road that is closed to personal cars, just the shuttles running so it feels very safe and the views are awesome. The e-bikes are great, you can choose to have the pedal assistance on or off. The staff at Wilson Mountain Sports are super friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great day.

Had a crush earlier today, rear derailleur bent and wouldn’t shift properly.The mechanic did a great job to fix my rear derailleur and made me able to ride back to banff.The price is super reasonable and fair. I forgot to ask his name but much appreciate for his help.

Bought a sweater and rented a bike from here. The employees were fun and sassy. I think the one bike rental guy was a but autistic though. Nonetheless, enjoyed my time here.

I rented an e-bike here to bike to Moraine Lake when the roads were still closed and it was easily my favourite day during my trip. The bike was in good condition and very fun to ride. Don’t think I can go back to regular bikes.
