I recently had my 2012 ram 1500 serviced with 2A auto becuase I had a big trip planed( over 30hr of driving towing a heavy trailer). The customer service was great, they where willing to hold my vehical for over a week just because I was out of town for work. They had suggested multiple repairs for my truck but all of it was exactly what I was expecting to see so there was no one there trying to add unneeded repairs! The truck held up great I had no issues the entire trip and the truck still driving perfectly.

I'd like to start off by saying napa has always been my go to, since I got my first car they have always been kind and understanding. The owner especially is a great guy. All my friends know i perfer to take my car only to napa. Although I had taken my car in again for some brake issues and I really don't know much of anything about vehicles. I just turned 17 and still have alot to learn. Yet when I went in there and had questions about my diagnostic i was made to feel like I should just know and if I just "look at the obvious" I would understand. Now this really rubbed me the wrong way. I understand it probably wasn't ment to come off rude but it definitely did. I'm taking my car in, which is already something I'm nervous about, so telling me to just look at the obvious isn't gonna help, if I knew the obvious I wouldn't be taking it in or aaking you questions. As such I just felt very upset leaving there. I was very polite even after everything, I understand my questions may have seemed unnecessary or didn't make sense but I am just trying to learn. And this experience is the main reason I never like to take my car in. All I'm saying is napas a great place but some understanding and patience goes along way. I've never left a place and didnt even pick up my car, I was so upset. I took my keys and left to cry. Now how I felt dosent affect them, but I think a little bit of consideration would be nice as to how it can make people feel. As I'm sure there's many other young kids that over think things, and have questions. Just note I have only ever dealt with the owner and this was my first experience with other staff.

We have to thank Donnie and his crew don't know who all worked on our Dodge journey I know it wasn't a large job for them I would think but it was the quick act of getting it fixed for us to continue on to our travels called them on Monday morning had me back on the road by the next morning . Such quick and great service! I had the unfortunate event of my van not starting. After getting it towed to Lacombe Auto Service Centre they got working on it right away. They diagnosed the issue quickly and after approval had it fixed in no time. Highly recommend this business!

Highly recommend Donnie and the crew. After calling in 2 1/2hrs before closing on a Friday of a long weekend after my truck wouldn’t start, Donnie told me to get it towed over right away and he’ll get his guys to take a look at it and they’ll try their best to get me on my way. Once the tow truck dropped my truck off I was very impressed by all the mechanics dropping everything they where doing to ensure my truck was up on the hoist within minutes of it arriving and the issue diagnosed in less than 5 minutes of it being on the hoist. Donnie had parts ordered and on their way in less than 15 minutes of my truck being in the shop, and had me on the road 1/2 hr before closing. A shop with integrity and staying true to their word is hard to find these days and they definitely went out of their way to ensure I was back on the road. I will definitely be back again for future repairs.
