So this location of Canada Post used to have fairly decent service (better than Blackfalds), but they’ve been getting worse over time. Just got a call from them this afternoon to let me know that they’ve arbitrarily cancelled my PO Box… Keep in mind this is a box that I’ve had for well over a decade, and it had over 6 months of time left on it (pre-paid till April 1, 2025!)
So yeah just because a mail forward I had in place expired they also kicked me out of that Box address—with no advance notice, nor consult to see if I still wanted it. (I’ve done other mail forwards in the past and never had an issue like this.) Was actually going to keep using it for a little while, but wasn’t given that option…

One thing canada post needs to look at is the community mailbox on the corner of 50th street and 52nd Ave its on 50th and needs to be moved just 30 feet around the corner on 52nd Ave it block drivers views of northbound traffic and I know has been the cause of 6 accidents in 5 years. Try pulling up to the stop sign by the legion and look for oncoming traffic it's a total Hazzard.

Lady in a Red Toyota truck, incredibly rude and incredibly dangerous driving, cut me off in a big truck and nearly hit someone head on 2 minutes down the road, very fast speeds on dirt roads. Should have her license and truck taken away, she is going to kill somebody.

Have found the staff friendly. I phoned about a parcel that I could not find at my apartment bldg. I finally located it and they called the next day to see if I received it....

Does anyone ever answer the phone at the post office?? And 1 delivery driver keeps screwing our parcels up. . Not the first time this has happened. .

Open 7 days a week, have found the staff to be friendly and accommodating although the lines can que up at times. Other than the occasional misplaced junk mail in my po box, have never had much of a problem.

One star rating as Google won't allow zero stars. Mail delivery by carrier once a week if we are lucky with at least one piece the wrong person or address.
Absolutely rude and incompetent staff on front end. Needs to be investigated.
